As soon as the crew left I called to complain and they said they would be back in two days. Finally on August 23, 2021 I called after hearing nothing. They said they the lifted the canopy to 14-17 feet like on the estimate. I reminded them I asked for 20 feet. I also asked why did they not cut dead limbs. They responded that would be more money. Despite it being Christmas Eve, Mike's Tree Service arrived when they said they would. Mike and his crew came prepared with the proper equipment and removed all three trees within 2 hours.
