This is by far the most pampering nail salon I have ever experienced anywhere, especially the spa pedicure! The experience in the chair is fairly standard, but with the addition of special scrubs and creams depending on the spa treatment selection. Then you're escorted into a darkened room, made comfy in a recliner and covered with a warm fuzzy blanket and treated to 10 minutes of pure HEAVEN while a massage tech makes your feet and legs feel amazing. Dipping your feet in hot paraffin is also part of this experience. I can't recommend this enough! There are employees who's main function is to provide shoulder massages to clients, and they give an actual massage, not just a little rub-rub on the shoulders and some fist pounding on the upper back for 60 seconds from the same technician who just painted your nails. Although there are signs on the tables to request, you need to press the button to request a massage, both at the manicure table and at the drying table. As I mentioned, they are very busy and sometimes won't see the turned sign, but the will be pinged when the button is pressed. Just be sure to tip the massage tech separately, and I promise it's worth it! The staff is always friendly and accommodating, offering water, green tea or a glass of wine.

It did cause issues with Groupon using the coupon (promotional value expiration), but the staff did walk me through the process to remediate that. We arrived, and were sent to the respective locker rooms. My massage was first. I had Lisa...she was great. She was firm in her massage but didn't leave me sore. I recommend her for a massage any day! After the massage, I was given a glass of wine (part of the package) then was off to the facial. Ashley was also great - she explained why she was doing everything and my face felt great afterward. I will say give M Spa a try...it seems like things have started to really "click" there.
