They still accepted my gift card and thankfully so as I decided to go for some relaxation and skin preparation for my wedding. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and answered any questions I had about anything. She was super sweet! She literally walked me backed explaining their process because it was my first time being there. Everything was clean and clozy and they have a waiting room outside the immaculate bathroom with multiple, private showers and very homey-feeling restrooms (it's a whole room with a door that fully closes - no stalls or anything of that nature) and even little benches in the bathroom so you can rest your belongings there. After changing into my luxurious soft robe and slippers (think croc material, good for cleaning) I waited in the relaxation room before being individually called by my esthetician/therapist. She walked me to my individual room, complete with a sink, massage table, another bench, plenty of hooks and closets for their supplies so they do not leave throughout the treatment, except to get you a glass of water at the end . She explained everything to me and inquired about my routine and skin type and kept politely checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. My therapist was Jada Lynne and although I selected "any therapist", I was very happy with her approach, kindness and informative knowledge that I will definitely select her on purpose next time. From the facial to the lower legs and feet treatment PLUSH arm and hand massage I felt EXTREMELY relaxed as I lead a busy lifestyle and that is sometimes hard for me, I was very thankful for the good vibes and peace she radiated. As she led me back to the relaxation room after the Tranquilty Signature Facial I felt so relaxed and honestly a little disoriented in a good way. I rarely treat myself to anything and this was just that, a real treat. I sat for a few minutes, drinking water and tea while soaking up the relaxation and did not feel rushed at all, by anyone at any time. During booking, I listed some of my memory allergies in my issue that I've literally never been able to use massage therapist, lotion, or oils in the past because of allergies. I listed a bunch of the allergies, noting that there are many more. I've been directly called the business to express concern ans get them to send me the ingredients list. The therapist told me they would send me the list, but they would not be able to use mineral oil to rub my back because mineral oil doesn't work for massages. I've literally had massages at 15 different massage therapists throughout my adult life, and not a single one of them has had an issue, accommodating my allergies. Chris, however, told me, "my lotions are all natural so you shouldn't have an issue." They seem to not understand people can be allergic to natural things. They had told me they would send me the ingredient list the next day, but then made excuses that they were in classes and not in the office again. They also were trying to claim to use an AI office assistant, which actually just seemed to be Chris texting. They had thought they sent me a deal to use outside of group on the day before, then if you realize they made a mistake texting the wrong person but didn't want to admit it. Chris then had some weird excuse that the deal wasn't sent because I had not booked an appointment yet. However, the only way they got my contact info was from the booking the appointment. Chris kept repeating that he sent the text message yesterday before he had my contact info. How is that humanly possible to text someone when you don't have their number? They then sent another text message offer that expired over a month ago. I don't know about the quality of their massage skills, but the difficulty in communicating with this person was astronomical. And the fact that they seemingly disregard allergies because their lotions are "all natural" is deeply worrying. If you have any kind of allergies or skin sensitivities, I would deeply consider looking elsewhere for a massage.
