They looked forward to going to school everyday and never complained once about it. There are many benefits about attending a Montessori, especially it's a 1 to 8 (and sometimes another helper) student ratio. My 5-year-old was already at a first grade reading level by the time she started kindergarten. Another thing is like to mention is that I am kind of a germaphobe and P&G is clean and the girls only averaged 1-2 colds a year and never the stomach flu! I found out about Pride & Glory after my daughter, a 3-year-old got kicked out of another Montessori, which shall remain nameless *cough...Prima...cough*. The only reason that happened is because I had a disagreement with the director, who was condescending and disrespectful to me. As time went on, she was always there to help him learn more and more and to prepare him for the the next grade. At first she cried every morning when I would drop here off. An for a mother it was hard to leave her just like that. Martha had that speacial touch and made my daughter not to cry no more. Leaving my kids were the hardest, but after driving away Martha would send me a text or even a picture saying there ok don't worry mommy. Made me feel so much better. My daughter now is learning her alphabet, numbers, colors, and shapes. She's now 5 years old and Martha is on top of it all to have her learn and be prepared for kindergarten. I'm so amazed she can count to 100 she writes her first and last name so pretty. She knows all her Alphabets. She can read little words. She's working on her sounds. Martha told me my daughter is ready don't I worry about her. I feel so blessed with Martha for showing my kids and prepareing them both well I had to work. My kids love Martha so much and love going to daycare. An for a parent makes me feel good knowing they love it there. Martha sends you pictures and updates of your kids so you can see how there doing through out there day. Martha also works very well with your scheduled and is always there for you and your kids.
