The driver, arranged through the concierge at my building, was at my door on time and he got me to the airport in about an hour at rush hour. However: 1. It cost $70 and the guy refused to tell me the rate until we were several miles away. 2. He didn't take cards, only cash. 3. He listened to terrible music and SANG ALONG. 4. The 'free snacks' were Captain's Wafers, an apple and bubble gum. I passed on everything but a stick of gum. 5. He listened to baseball on the radio. 6. He talked on the phone a lot. 7. He acted like he had to take a toll road and I should pay him for it. I knew he didn't have to do so, so he eventually relented and paid the toll himself. The ride was plush, not bumpy or uncomfortable, and I got where I needed to be. I don't know that I'd bother with this service in particular again, though.

By their charge it should have been $76.20. We were charged $82. The driver did not get out of the car to help load or unload bags. They said they would reimburse tip. When I asked if new charge would be just the $60 + tip, they never replied. Never got reimbursed = Never again.
