The staff is good and quick with the tickets. Cafe Mavi has improved the coffee service, and taxis are always available.

I cannot say enough good things about this family owned business. I had to transport my husband…read morefrom West Orange New Jersey to New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York. Jennifer bent over backwards at the last minute to accommodate our request, got us on the schedule, helped me bring my husband down the stairs in a wheelchair, and finally stayed in the city with us until it was time for me to come home. The next day she even told me that she was thinking of us and hoped that we were doing well. That's the personal service that a company like this can provide and does it very well. Thank you Jennifer and B&A for all your help and for being there when we needed you. I fully recommend them to anybody who needs transportation by people who really care.

I was supposed to drive him home today but was terrified that he would try to jump out of the car while I was on the highway or worse take over the wheel and cause an accident. I was telling someone how nervous I was and they suggested medical transit. I thought that was a brilliant idea and started searching the web. Most people were kind of rude and told me that they could not do it without 24 hour notice. One of the quotes I got was $500 for a 37 mile ride. I am so ecstatic that I came across this company. With two extremely positive reviews ( most places have 1 or 2 stars) I called and had the pleasure of speaking to Jen. She was so nice and quoted an extremely reasonable price. Told me what time she would be there and said it all depends on traffic but she kept constant communication and arrived relatively close to the initial time she gave me. She helped my dad from the house to the van and assured me she would call when she dropped him off. She called and told me she walked him to the door and reunited him with his wife. I am so grateful that I stumbled across this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

I booked a pickup at Newark and was told by the dispatcher I had to use a credit card to pay. I…read moregave him my credit card information and was charged a service fee (which was never mentioned) and they added a tip after I had given the driver a cash tip. I looked at my prior charge card bill and Adams had done the same thing earlier this month. My credit card company was contacted and they rectified the problem. Beware of this company as they're dishonest.

IF YOU ARE A FEMALE TRAVELING ALONE OR TRAVELING WITH A CHILD DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!…read more I should have read some reviews before booking this car service.... I have lived in NYC for 10 years and taken many different services (Dial 7's, Dial 6, Carmel, etc.) I recently moved to NJ and thought I would try out some local car services instead. I have never written a Yelp review yet - but I joined just to share my experience with others. First of all, I was traveling alone with my 18 month old and called Adam's Limo ahead to make sure they would have a carseat installed for our trip to the airport. I was going to be short on time, so I wanted to be sure I picked a car service that would have a carseat in the car ready to go. "No problem", I was told. When the car arrived at my home, the carseat was not installed anywhere near correctly and was literally flopping around in the backseat. I nicely told the driver that the seat was not installed and he proceeded to yell at me that he always has problems with Mothers complaining and in his country (Turkey) they don't use carseats and he doesn't know how to put them in. I explained that I wasn't complaining - I just want to make sure my son is safe while we are driving on I-78 to the airport. I proceeded to read the installation instructions on the carseat and corectly installed it myself. At this point, I was nervous about missing my flight, so I had no option but to go with this guy and his attitude. When we got to the airport, I asked for the charge for the carseat installation (I was told it would be all set to go when I booked the car) to be waived since it was not installed and I had to do it myself (which took 15-20 mins). Well..... this is when the driver COMPLETELY FLIPPED OUT and started cursing and screaming at me telling me that he's the driver and the manager is the one who takes care of that. So, I asked to speak with his manager. He called the manager, started SCREAMING in the phone in Turkish, and then put me on the phone with the manager. I couldn't even get two words out before the manager literally started cursing me out, screaming on the top of his lungs on the phone. I was so beside myself. I have never been spoken to like that by anyone, and I was in pure shock. At this point, the driver told me that I had to pay cash for the whole ride because I was using an American Express and they were afraid I was going to dispute the charge. His exact quote was, "If you don't pay cash right now, we are going to have a problem." His teeth were clenched and he was staring me straight in the eye. I immediately felt instantly uneasy, and scared - since I am a tiny girl and I'm traveling alone with my toddler and I was now being threatened. I explained calmly to the driver that I didn't have any cash and I had to use my card. At the same time, I opened the car door and called to the skycap to help me b/c I was so frightened of the driver. At that point, the driver took the carseat charge off of my bill and ran my American Express. As soon as I got into the airport I burst into tears and was shaking from the whole ordeal. It was so awful..... Please do not give this company your money. They are awful. ** Since writing this review I have found other reviews from other mothers with eerily similar stories. This was not a one time occurence. **
