I learned the hard way that Gary Courtier DID NOT close three of the five permits they opened for the project. Up on my contacting the company I was told the best they can do is to give them the number of new subcontractor they now use so I can get the work done to pass the inspections at my own cost. I don't know how they were able to get the final inspection scheduled without first passing the 3 related permits passed/inspected.
