She burned my underarms, and now I have to use an antibiotic to relieve the pain and burning. This had never happened to me before. When I tried to tell her that something was wrong and bothering me, her response was, "It'll go away in 5 minutes." I could clearly see my skin was getting irritated. She didn't even use baby powder, which is usually applied before waxing, and I believe the wax temperature was way too hot, which caused the burns. Terrible service, I will never go back. I'm writing this review so that people can be careful about where they go to get a wax.

I literally wrote her at like 8AM for a VERY LAST MINUTE SAME DAY appointment and she responded, was professional and OVERSTOOD the assignment! I liked that I was able to text her my inspiration of what I wanted and she told me exactly what to book, so there were no surprises in pricing. I also really liked that I was able to pay for my appointment in full on the site. When I walked in I felt comfortable and the place was clean! Her playlist was lit too, I was trying to stay still but it was so good I wanted to keep singing. At the last minute I asked her if she had space for my mom to get her makeup done and she took my mom right on the spot with no last minute fees. I got dressed in the shop and took my hair down while there and Bella even helped me.
