PLEASE, READ THIS!!!…read more 1 star because there is no option of 0 or -10!!!! I did not post anything before because I needed to have the opinion of a lawyer (since I go on court), but as this is my personal experience, does not fail at all with the truth and I have many proofs, here we go: FOR GOD DO NOT DO YOUR HAIR IN THIS PLACE !! This is a picture of my hair when I came and after when I Ieave. YES, THEY DID MY HAIR PRACTICALLY BLACK AND COMPLETELY DESTROYED! I had to cut my hair at shoulder height because they killed my hair. worst of all: the owner of the salon treated me badly, very very rude, and refused to solve the problem because she did not want me to talk about what happened there. I arrived with a healthy hair (as you can see in the pictures) and it leaves there with the hair destroyed and dark! I never said I wanted to be brunette! It sounds like a joke, but it's real! I just want to help so that no one else can pass what I've been through!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! This has been the worst experience I've ever had…read more Yesterday I went to get an underarm wax, and the person who did it was not professional at all she didn't even know what she was doing. She burned my underarms, and now I have to use an antibiotic to relieve the pain and burning. This had never happened to me before. When I tried to tell her that something was wrong and bothering me, her response was, "It'll go away in 5 minutes." I could clearly see my skin was getting irritated. She didn't even use baby powder, which is usually applied before waxing, and I believe the wax temperature was way too hot, which caused the burns. Terrible service, I will never go back. I'm writing this review so that people can be careful about where they go to get a wax.

I wanted to submit my review for @BellasBeautySuite located in Newark, NJ…read moreI must say Bella is BOMB! I literally wrote her at like 8AM for a VERY LAST MINUTE SAME DAY appointment and she responded, was professional and OVERSTOOD the assignment! I liked that I was able to text her my inspiration of what I wanted and she told me exactly what to book, so there were no surprises in pricing. I also really liked that I was able to pay for my appointment in full on the site. When I walked in I felt comfortable and the place was clean! Her playlist was lit too, I was trying to stay still but it was so good I wanted to keep singing. At the last minute I asked her if she had space for my mom to get her makeup done and she took my mom right on the spot with no last minute fees. I got dressed in the shop and took my hair down while there and Bella even helped me. I was running late so I was rushing getting dressed and my zipper on my pants popped and she literally came to the rescue, trying to help fit it and perfect my outfit. I was so antsy, she was like maybe wear a longer shirt, thankfully I had a few shirts with me and I had one, but it wasn't the look I was going for. I forgot to mention that Bella's shop not only is a place where you can get your make up done, but you can even get an outfit and accessories for affordable prices. So back to my outfit, Bella pulls out a waist belt and SAVES the day! Bella took pics and videos of me and really took her time with me, not one minute felt rushed. At the end of the appointment she gave us both a small bag with a beauty blender and a nice lipgloss also. Here we are a week later and I'm so happy to say my face did not break out. Most times when I get my make up done my skin breaks out (I guess since I barely do it), but with Bella it did not. I noticed all her brushes were clean when she beat my face and she also used quality foundation and other products. She was also a good person to take to, I loved her motivation and determination. It was nice to see a young person with their own store front and super professional!

I felt that I wasn't given the quality of service that I had with my previous experiences. I do like European Wax Center, although this location is convenient, like down the street from my work, I rather travel to get the treatment and results that I'm looking for. I received a wax service the speaking was good not my usual girl or day but I dealt with it. I left and 30 mins later I realized my hair was not with me. I had not left the car with it because I went into the wax appointment with the hair to get my hair done after the wax appointment. They informed me the hair was not there and they could not check the cameras. The amount of money I spend in this establishment and they can even inform me who stole my hair so I can take the proper actions is horrible. I believe the workers know exactly what I was referring to because I informed them why I wa there with my hat on. I'm highly disappointed and will only return to use the remainder of my credit from my wax pass and find a new wax salon.
