If I could give this location zero stars I would, I have been going to New Image for over 2 years for routine cleanings and a replacement of a veneer that popped off. 2 years later it popped off again and I went to another location to have fixed because they could not get me in quickly (who wants to walk around with your front tooth missing for days) at that location a cavity was discovered so they told me no problem suntree (my home location) can fix it. I called three times, mind you the receptionist is rude, they gave me the run around said they would call me back after the doctor reviewed my xray with no returned called. I finally called back (this was over the course of a month and half) and had an appointment scheduled for today. I never revived a confirmation which I always do so I called to confirm first thing this morning before my appointment and sure enough there is no appointment. Avoid going here at all cost, they clearly don't care about their patients. read more

I haven't been to the dentist in 10+ years and was really nervous. But from the moment I met my hygienist, I was put at ease. Not only was the space was super clean, surprisingly comfortable, and clearly well cared for, but everyone I met was great. The dentist, hygienist, and administrative staff all made sure everything was explained and no surprises. Multiple times they stopped and asked if I had any questions. Being so long since I last went to the dentist, I was expecting to be shamed and scolded for the state my teeth were in. But that wasn't the case at all. I was listened to, supported, and physically shown how I can do better. They took the time to ask how I brushed/flossed, and then gave pointers. Obviously dental appointments aren't fun, but I was put at ease, felt informed, safe, and as comfortable as possible. They even let me pause the cleaning to calm down when I asked (I have panic attacks). No judgement, just patience and caring. I'm super grateful for such an awesome team. read more

Switch and bait operation. Before my 1st appointment I verified several times that the office accepted my insurance, I asked again when I arrived for my appointment. They gave me the answer if yes every time. I made it very clear that I could not afford any work that my insurance would pay for it. They assured me that I understood. Every time they presented me with a new treatment plan options I only accepted the plans that were fully covered by my insurance. Now all of a sudden I have a.$1300.+ bill and can't get anyone from the office to return my phone calls to explain. You go to the dentist for three reasons: 1) They do good work 2) They are friendly and give you an at-ease feeling. 3) They are honest and fair. OK, so I trust that #1 is ok here. I ave been a few times, and never had a problem there. But on #2 and #3 they are an epic fail. I have been several times for cleanings, and several members of my family have been there as well. The cleaning is always great. No problems, friendly, etc. Then the dentist comes in for the prerequisite check-up. That is where it goes downhill. Very pushy and rude. With one member of my family, we were told that lots of fillings were needed. After visiting ANOTHER dentist, it turned out not to be true. All in all, you get the feeling that you are being "sold to", not cared for. Very negative. read more

Get a 2nd opinion from a different Dentist. They will scare you into to buying anything they can sell you. He won't stop, they will just try to keep selling you on the next thing. Instead of explaining things and allowing you to ask questions he will try to scare you into buying it. Do your research on what they recommend and you will find out. I was there for a treatment for my mom who has multiple sclerosis and cancer. She had went to several dentists prior to coming to new image dentistry and had received quotes in excess of $60,000 and treatment plans that were unrealistic or unattainable. Dr. Silverman is truly wonderful. His staff is great too! Its very refreshing to find a dentist and office staff that is concerned with helping you with the best treatment and not selling you on tooth brushes or other things. They are very friendly, that's about it, gouged us for over 5 grand, be warned and the denture they made was atrocious, did not fit at all, went back to Virginia to our dentist, and got a denture that fit for a fourth of the price, live and learn! read more

This is a very pricey place...the billing there is done incorrectly and any disputes will waste your time and be completely useless..this lady Alma who apparently is in aha rage of their billing and collecting will send you to a collection agency in no time stating your insurance has not paid the money they charged them hence you need to pay ....if you pay in full from your own pocket and later on your dental insurance is announcing you they are also paying the office, don't get your hopes up. You will never see any reimbursement back. If you call them Alma will tell you your insurance is either: A. Lying cause they did not pay any money to them at all B. they sent the check to someone else and they did not cash the check C. Blindly deny any received payment Best thing...run! read more

Never got through the door. Had to fill out some forms. That is OK. But they wanted a copy of drivers license. I said you could look at it to prove who I am but the office manager said must have copy of driver license. I said no thanks and left without service. Pretty sad when you must provide your drivers license to get a teeth cleaning and xrays but not to vote. Be forewarned. read more

New image dentistry is the (Bernie Madoff) of dentists....They gave me a quote to do my whole mouth of 18,000 they actually only did seven of my teeth and charged me 7,054!! They also charged me for four deep cleanings and they only did one deep cleaning! I was in the dark when they started to do my teeth they were only to match the upper teeth on right side to the upper teeth on left side an instead of that they just grounded all of them down to maximize their profit and to max my care credit out.... Without my approval! As I started to complain an ask questions out of concern on what I was being charged for that's when I noticed the bill go WAY UP, and all of a sudden they maxed my care credit and then I received a bill in addition for 1,500. For 2,000 more I could've had my whole upper mouth done! Do not trust any person there they are all in on trying to scam you out of your money!! I'm disputing my bill an I suggest THAT YOU STAY FAR AWAY FRON THIS DENTIST!!! AT ALL 5 LOCATIONS!! read more
