I was satisfied with DR Pryszlak's work. However we were wronged by her office. We have been going…read moreto her for several years however this year they no longer took our dental insurance. The only problem with that is they did not tell us. We had appointments starting in January 2025 and then four more appointments ending in September. Five times we stood in front office and they never told us. We wound up with over a thousand dollar bill after all our yearly dental work was completed. They did give a twenty percent discount which is typical for someone with no insurance. No apologies. I called on a Monday to speak to the dentist about what happened and on Tuesday we received a call from the accountant saying we must pay now or risk collections. No call form the dentist. We paid the bill in full. Yes what they did is legal. Is it ethical or deceptive, you be the judge.

You know they're good if I drive from Beachside to get my dental care. You know us weird beach people don't like to drive over the bridge. lol I am out of network with my insurance and they do courtesy billing for me, which I greatly appreciate. That can be a pretty big risk for a doctor or dentist's office, as my insurance sent me the check that they should have sent to the dentist's office and I'm sure some people keep those checks. My dentist anxiety is off the charts and they are very accommodating and sweet. Dr Burnes is efficient, kind, patient, and tells you everything he's doing so there's no surprises. He kept checking in with me to make sure I was not having any type of sensitivity. would highly recommend!
