I went in for my consult, I was surprised they were able to put on my braces the same day, no need to come back. Diane and Anna both were very helpful along with Dr. Chisari, they make you feel welcomed and put you at ease with this new life changing process. They were able to answer all my questions and gave awesome financing options. I highly recommend this office; Teresa at the front desk was also super nice and awesome. Dr. Vankani every time he sees me makes me feel so comfortable with his professionalism and friendly personality. If you've been in the building when I come in the door he'll yell, "How's it going O'Hagan!!!!" Followed up by him taking the time every time to focus in one what was needed. Initially, I went to visit because the pain in my face after a fall was so intense. Immediately, there was x-rays done that showed a few muscle issues and a massive overbite. Dr. Vankani reviewed the films with me, came up with a plan and offered me a no interest payment plan that was reasonable for my budget. Dr. Vankani called me on his cell phone to personally make sure after my braces went on that I was feeling ok, he guided me thru how I might feel, what to expect, how to handle it and if I need anything to call him. That personal touch of calling for a follow up was an added polite service. He called - not one of the office folks, not a service but Dr. Kevin Vakani. After 18 months, no more face pains and I was feeling super good. A few years later, yes we are fast forwarding folks at my desk I fiddled with the permanent retainer and it popped off! Scary! Imagine a sharp piece of metal going straight into that part of under your tongue. Ouch! I did a stupid jerky thing. I held it down with my portable retainer and went into to call "please help!" Immediately, there was a call back. Not only is there Dr. Kevin Vankani yet he has a BROTHER who is his partner and his brother woke him up telling him about me. (Around 12:30 AM) By 7:30 am I was in the chair getting fixed. No charge. While talking to me, a patient that never broke a bracket, never missed an appointment or installment for payment, Dr. Vankani rolled up in his chair after fixing the permanent retainer and said, "What happened your bottom teeth are crooked?" This guy he can see everything ... and noticed with concern something was emotionally off. I had admitted my son passed away and I couldn't sleep so I didn't wear the retainers. Do you know what he did? He pulled up and said I'm going to out the bottoms on again, a gift to make you feel better. All summer I wore the bottoms. Never missed an appointment, never a bracket and after he finished I felt like a million dollars. Although my heart aches there was a brighter moment in my life due to Dr. Vankani. He didn't need to reach out and help me but yet that is the dedication to his patients and community. He could have sent flowers, a card or bought dinner but nope he went above and beyond. "I don't want you to be sad, I'm going to help you be happy." I'm not writing that I didn't wish for flowers after my adjustments but I was outrageously grateful because he was correct I needed to be fixed. With grief, many things are let go and it was so kind to help me. All I have is praise for Vankani Orthodontic and the staff. The entire staff is polite, personable and dedicated to giving the attention a customer deserves. Over the years, I have seen the practice grow from a small store front on a side road to a state of the art building on State Road 60 yet the staff treat you like Norm walking in the door at Cheers! Everyone knows my name, they address me , they all have a euphoric aura of attention even though the office is fast paced. The Dr and staff make sure your number one when working on you. I've heard the staff speak to clients in multiple languages to better assist customers and make them feel comfortable. The patients are multi generational. Everyone that I've encountered there is polite and happy. Seriously, the service, attention and cleanliness ranks up there with a top shelf country club. If you're looking for an Orthodontist look no further than Vankani. Oh and I forgot to mention the Vankani's have multiple office and work in many neighborhoods so if something does happen a patient can get immediate service. They made sure that all my appointments were made and answered any questions that I had. My Hygienist Miranda is always on time and makes sure that I'm comfortable. She is very thorough, professional and pleasant even when she is lecturing me on the importance of flossing! Dr. Royal is the Man! He makes you feel like an old friend that you've known for years. He takes his time to explain what, why and how he and his staff will take care of you.
