I like a certain level of care and I "shop" around, if you will. With that being said, Reiner Family Dental fell in my lap in a form of an ad in the mail. It felt like a sign from above. I immediately called to set an appointment as a new patient, easy peasy process and I was seen within 2 weeks. The office is so esthetically pleasing that you have to see it for yourselves to understand what I am referring to. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Siera is very knowledgeable and seems like an all around an awesome person. My dental hygienist, I forgot her name, clearly loves what she does. She has given me throughly instructions on the care of my teeth and I am one happy client! I can wholeheartedly say that I found myself a dental practice that I will be looking forward to going for clean ups and further dental care. If you haven't gathered by now, I highly recommend Reiner Family Dental! Thank you for your service and care

scam for overcharging and diagnosing things that are not needed!!!…read moreI just moved to this area and explored 3 dentists. I have United Healthcare Medicare Complete with Dental. The first dentist I went to diagnosed a treatment plan for $3050. I had no out of pocket cost for X ray , exam and cleaning. She opted out of my plan in 2025 so I needed to find another dentist. The first dentist recommended 2 crowns and 2 resin -composites . Dr.Ware recommended 5 crowns for $4291. With my insurance. $3732. BUT SHE CHARGED ME $791 THAT MY INSURANCE WOULD COVER BUT WAS NOT NEEDED.! The third dentist agreed with the first. If you have infected gums then a perio treatment is warranted but if your gums are healthy you do not need peripheral scaling with antimicrobials which are $150 per quad (4) treatments at $164 per treatment $656 extra , not to mention the exam for peripheral $135. $791 in total. You tube has many videos from dentists revealing this scam In addition my initial exam included a free exam ,free speech X rays, free cleaning. When I left her office I had 0 balance , after 30 days I received a text , then an email , then a phone call and then a bill by mail, demanding $108 in surcharge. Instead of the normal "Bite wings " x ray , she gave me the surcharge for a super X ray. Which I never asked or received notice that I would have to pay any charge .But I get annoyed weekly by these notices . Last but not least this crook charged me $98 to teach me how to brush my teeth. I am 73 STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED!!!!!

The overall level of skill for anything other than standard cleaning is low. My opinion is they are over priced and have under delivered service. Sadly, my husband and I have gone to different DDS to have work re-done &/or repair issues that were either caused in Ware's practice or improperly addressed and caused further complications. Their biggest skill is trying to collect reviews and charge for services... so, here's a review: go elsewhere. I feel poorly having to leave a bad review but I feel like if you are looking up reviews on the internet you want the truth, which is for us that we have had to repay, redo and repair with other dentists.

Was referred to Dr G by Dr Benson after his treatment proved to be inadequate. At my first visit,…read moreDr G yelled at me for about five minutes in the presence of his Office Manager and a Dental Hygienist regarding my bite pattern and that he knew everything about me from Dr Benson's referral. I was not impressed but due to the fact that I was unaware of any other periodontists in this area, I allowed him to begin treatment for replacement of my current prosthesis. He quoted a price of $20k for a zirconium hybrid device - 50% higher than any other dental professional in Vero Beach. Again, I felt that I was very limited in my options. After he had examined my current prosthesis, I requested a treatment plan for the process. His staff seemed surprised by this request. In fact the Office Manager (Jubee sp?) asked me what were the contents of such a document. I think a respectable dental office should be well aware of the contents of a treatment plan...and the reasonableness of such request. During this time, my fiancé learned she had the Bracha gene, congenitally. Her sister had died of Leukemia, three years previously. This trauma had a lasting effect on Wanda. She had moved from her home in Boone, NC to take care of her sister, and was present at her death. In April, 2018, my fiancé had a double mastectomy. As one might imagine, the out-of-pocket costs were enormous. Her insurance did not begin to cover them, so I elected to cover them...more than $30K. I'm retired, with a modest pension plus Social Security. Thus, we found ourselves in a financial situation. Dr. G informed me that we could work out a payment plan, for which I was appreciative. At this time, my fiancé underwent restorative surgery. Again, insurance paid a small portion of the costs. I contacted the office to schedule an appointment. At the same time I asked if the Treatment Plan I had requested months earlier was ready for my perusal? No answer was When I arrived, and was sitting in the chair, the Office Manager asked me about my ability to finance the new hybrid - which embarrassed and humiliated me. Why would office staff question my ability to pay? Especially since Dr G and I had already reached an agreement! After two visits, there was no Treatment Plan, nor was there a temporary hybrid for me to try. At least, none was presented to me to determine fit. At this time I had paid Dr Gurklis &14,000. At the very least, I had the right to expect a detailed Treatment Plan and a test hybrid to gauge fit. Due to the fact that every time I visited Dr Gurklis' office I was questioned by either the Office Mgr or a Dental Assistant about my financial situation, it was apparent that my payments were more important to his office than the progress toward my hybrid. After weeks of this treatment, I informed his staff that I would no longer continue treatment. I cannot believe this conduct would be approved by the Florida Dental Association. As such, I cannot in good faith recommend this practice.

I'm new to Vero Beach and spent months trying to find a dental office that accepted my insurance…read more My first stop was a well‑known local practice. After a long visit -- multiple X‑rays and over two hours in the chair -- I was told I had periodontal disease. This was alarming, especially because I've always kept up with cleanings every six months, and my previous dentist of many years had never seen any signs of gum disease. Before I could even process the diagnosis, I was passed between several coordinators trying to schedule periodontal scaling and root planing with an out‑of‑pocket cost of over $500. I asked my former dentist to call them for a peer‑to‑peer discussion, but they refused. Shortly after, I received a letter stating they could no longer see me as a patient because I "did not trust their judgment." Being told I had a serious condition -- and then being dismissed when I asked reasonable questions -- was a major red flag. Once you're labeled a periodontal patient, you can't return to regular cleanings, so it's not a diagnosis to take lightly. Thankfully, I found Harbor Point Dental Care. My experience here was the complete opposite. Their exam was straightforward, honest, and thorough -- and I was told I do not have periodontal disease. The cleaning was excellent, the office is spotless with modern equipment, and every staff member I interacted with was kind, ethical, and professional. I won't name the first office, but I will say this: always advocate for yourself. If something feels off, get a second opinion. I'm grateful I did. Harbor Point Dental Care has earned my trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality, ethical dental care in Vero Beach.

The first dentist I went to in Port St. Lucie West told me my options were to pull it and get a bridge, or get an implant, but said I wouldn't want the implant. He had the receptionist (seriously) explain the procedure...she showed me filed down side teeth, which horrified me. She wouldn't even admit they would file and therefore damage those teeth. She then pressured me to do the work asap. I ran out holding back tears. Then I went to Dr. Jenna, who said I needed a root canal and a crown, but that they should be able to save the tooth. This office is great, there's so much comroadery amongst the office staff, hygentests and dentist that I'm seriously considering being a dentist myself! Dr. Jenna even came over when the receptionist was calling around to endodontist to make I was able to see someone quickly. I was super lucky, root canal and crown we're done the next week, and both seem great so far. This isn't the cheapest dental option, but the have the latest technology-i love the numbing device they use...way less pain, and quicker than multiple injections, also, getting my crown the same day was wonderful. I've now had my teeth clean and cavities filled. The Dentist and hygentests answered any questions in detail and Dr. Jenna showed me how the computer impressions and crown creation worked. I'm moving soon so Dr. Jenna stayed late and worked over her lunch break to fit me in. I will never again make the mistake of going cheap on dentistry, if I would have gone to a better dentist before, I wouldn't have needed the root canal and crown. Thanks so much Dr. Jenna and all the other enthusiastic, fun, and caring ladies at Dental Partners in Vero. Even though I'm moving, I'll be back for cleanings and any future work!
