I paid $715 for a broken denture after I paid $150 for a discount card now you're looking for $26 then you sent it into Blue Cross and Blue Shield they paid 9.00 Now you're looking for $17.00 So today I got the bill from you. I never got the bill for $17.00 Now a new bill 15.00 finance charges The total of the bill $32.00 They like to take advantage of the seniors. I received a discharge letter after attending an appointment to extract a broken tooth. I was told I would need to have an X-ray done of the tooth in order for them to assess it. I had just became a new patient to this practice and did extensive X-rays at their request (over 20 x-rays were done) as this is their policy and I paid for said X-rays along with a discount package for my husband and I for the year ( the package costed $150.00) along with the $170.00 I paid for the exam and earlier mentioned X-rays. After explaining to the dental assistant, then the dentist himself that I was unable to afford the X-ray and just wanted the broken tooth extracted they told me they would not be able to treat me at that time and then I received this letter in the mail. I have never been discharged from any doctor or dentist in my 35 years of living. read more

I would not recommend this office to anyone. I have been going to the dentist for over 60 years and this was the worst, painful and costly of all. The pain was excruciating and instead of giving more novocaine he just kept digging away. He never asked how I was doing, never spoke at all. I was trying to make him stop, but he ignored my pleas. After cleanings, x-rays etc, I met with Ms. Hamilton she looked poked and prodded around in my mouth and she devised a treatment plan. In total over $20,000 to get everything I wanted done. The office staff ask for a 50% retainer to do the first section which cost the $4500 allowed me to make 5 or 6 payments to pay off the balance. I paid $2,500 upfront more than was requested. I am a small business owner. My wife was ill and out of work so, our income dropped by $6,000 a month. I explained this twice to "Courtney" and another young lady that called about the bill. I told them both, I would make the payments however I needed some time. The COVID Virus came, my wife is a first responded, tested positive, was out of work as a result.I did not think it was Courtney's business why my wife was not at home, hospitalized for quarantine and then took 4 weeks to recover and another week or so to get back on the ball and be able to perform her job, an RN of 32 years. Courtney called me after the 3rd or 4th payment was due and after Governor DeSantis declared that Florida was in a "State of Emergency". I tried to explain to courtney that I had every intention of paying the bill and that I wanted to have the rest of the work done. I should mention my business was all but closed for over 130 days. I explained that I had to prioritize my bills and pay what I could to everyone I could afford to pay until things got better. "Courtney" said, "we are not a priority, you do not care about paying for your dental work" I explained that is not what I said. What I said was that I would get to paying the balance as soon as I was financially able. "Courtney" told me that "my account needed to be paid in full immediately or the account would go to collections". Once my mortgage was paid up to date and I was able to catch up on some of my much larger bills that are required in order to have a business I made one or two payments before the 6 months to pay it off had come and gone. While I did not pay as agreed, I did pay it as fast as possible and within my ability. I never ignored their calls, I just did not have the money. "Courtney" took my final payment, gave me a piece of paper stating that Ms. Holly Hamilton would no longer treat me as a patient. I was livid, who refuses to treat patients that pay their account and when they cannot explains that they will as soon as they can. They offered the payment plan, I paid the bill as quickly as possible. Ms. Hamilton was being treated for an illness while I was under her care, my final visit was done by a very young "doctor: or :intern". He spent less than 7 mins with me after putting a two crown permanent partial plate. Ms. Hamilton, refused to see me. She never even bothered to allow me to come in and have her look at the work this young man had done. I have two problems with it to this day. I was able to get an additional $10,000 in Care Credit under my wife's card and $12,000 under my name giving us the rest of the money we needed to finish the work on my teeth. "Courtney", if she worked for me, I would have fired her within a week. When someone tells you that they need to pay the mortgage, buy groceries and pay business bills, that their wife is out of work. (As I said I did not tell her she was hospitalized as a first responder. Would that have mattered?) "Courtney got very angry when I said that I was not able to make a payment for another month, maybe two as I had to prioritize my bills. When I told Courtnet that I had a lot of bills, my wife was ill and my business had flatlined, I would need time to pay her. What do I want: NOTHING..... The gustope tactics used by Courtney, the lack of follow up after major work by Ms. Hamilton. I would prefer to paste this review on the 52 sites I found that accept reviews. Ms Hamilton not only approves of "Courtneys" tactics but must be encouraging it, that is far from professional. Best of luck I will make sure the county understands my experience with you while I sit here with a bridge you never bothered to review. read more

Would give zero stars if possible. Over the phone they told me it wouldn't cost anything since i already had X-rays and they would give me a quick look free of charge. I showed up and they did X-rays right away (took 10 seconds) and they looked at my teeth in under 5 minutes and informed me they couldn't do the work and recommended me to someone that could. As i was walking out they said "sir that would be $60 " long story short i said i wasn't going to pay since they did something i informed them i didn't need more than 5 times over the phone (as in X-rays). And now i get a call EVERY DAY from a debt collector. Not to mention Holly Hamilton or whatever the jokers name is was super rude to me when i told her the situation. I love this place!! They are very honest! I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer... but, I have a large family and Dr. Hamilton and her staff have treated us very well and have gone out of their way to look out for us. They make sure that we get what we need and keep it affordable. It is always common practice to offer your patients or clients other services... but I have NEVER felt pushed into anything. I've only ever gotten what was absolutely needed. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I can't stand going to the dentist but don't mind coming here. It's super comfortable! read more

Avoid , dentist is dishonest !! Charges will be higher than you were told, some excuse will be found. You will be guided and pushed into work not necessarily needed possibly not needed at all. This office is all about getting as much money out of you as they can. Also this dentist is signed on as choice for dental plans but you will never get the price the dental plan guarantees here. They will promise to honor that guaranteed price on the phone. But after getting there and incurring their visit fee and whatever xrays they can get you to commit to (they will try and stick you with is a full set of xrays even if you had them recently), then excuses will be found why they have to charge more. Don't get caught in this money trap. read more
