I called because I thought they were a biological dentist. When I asked the person that answered…read morethe phone if they were - he told me they use amalgam fillings, etc. Since I am not in the dental field, I didn't know what the difference was between amalgam, etc. /biological dentists/regular dentists so I assumed he was saying that they WERE biological dentists. They are NOT! When I realized this, I called them back immediately (within a couple of hours of making the initial appointment) and was told that I could cancel the appointment I made this morning but had to pay a $25 fee. It also makes one think about how good this practice is if you can get an appointment the day after calling - think twice!!!!
