I called, explained my issue, and was given a quick appointment at the Vero Beach office. This was…read morean emergency. I was unable to get all my information online, so I would just bring it to my appointment. I received a call the day before saying it was canceled because I had not turned it in. Frantically, I called back and asked for the appointment to be rescheduled, as it had been just 20 minutes. I finally got through, and they confirmed my appointment. I got there, and they said they had given me the wrong kind of appointment. The girl at the front desk was dismissive and showed little concern about the mistake, saying the next available would be in July. When I explained it was their mistake, all she said was, " I have July." Her condescending and rude attitude should be addressed at the office. People have to take time off work to make and get to these appointments, and there is no reason to look down on someone who is flustered by such a big mistake. I work hourly and had to take an entire hour off to get there, only to be told they had scheduled the wrong thing. Reading these other reviews, maybe I got lucky.
