Her teachers make a point to give us updates from the day, and it's been really fun getting to know the whole TLE team including staff. My wife and I also love that we get to see pictures of what she's doing with her classmates throughout the day. Also - TLE is competitive from a pricing perspective. I thought the cost would be way higher than what we've seen around Voorhees/Cherry Hill since they have an elevated level of care, they use a phone app, they provide updates/photos throughout the day, etc... but the truth is, it's about the same as what we were paying elsewhere. In fact, after discussing cost and asking about potential discounts with TLE management, they actually identified a discount that we qualified for. I would recommend TLE Voorhees to anyone!

I had to take him out after not even a full two weeks, it was awful. The staff as so rude and will not communicate to you about your own child. They do not keep you updated on anything. My son had got scratched on the face and when I had asked for them to send me a picture I was hung up on, the next day he got another scratch that broke the skin and was bit on the stomach was not informed AT ALL. I was told the other parent were aware of this kid who was consistently scratching other kids but I was never told. The owner told me "the teacher has been with us for years, I don't know what to tell you" when I tried to get a solution to the problems and then proceeded to ask me for another chance. The last day he came home with a black eye and a diaper that was not his. He never back back after this. When I went to pick up all his belongings they tried to only give me his blanket and sheet and not his clothes, box of diapers and multiple packs of wipes. Absolutely horrible daycare.

There is a new "teacher" monthly only one teacher has been there since my baby started in January. This new teacher that started in June called the emergency contact who is my mom (I've provided my new number multiple times) very nasty & rude and order her to call her mother due to her recent travels from Puerto Rico. Now I do not mind fallowing protocol however be professional. This lady called my mother speaking nasty while my daughter was hollering in the background. I get to the school (they have cameras & I also recorded this lady Brittany rolling her eyes & arguing with me about a confusion. We didn't travel from a "hot state" for them to act this way & my daughter & I was tested anyway. All they had to do was ask. No isolate my child like a prisoner with a "teacher" who does not even know how to deal with children panic attacks. I however couldn't not get passed this lady rolling her eyes at me & telling me my child crying was not that serious. Long story short do not tell a parent their child hollering is not that serious. She was all for the non sense & mess until I told her I would go in her mouth about my child! Honorably ! The owner did mention the only thing that was wrong was the threat but honestly I'm sick of new teachers that they do not introduce to the children & my child learns more with me than in daycare.

The owner has gone out this way to help me and my family put through the corona and although their corona rules are VERY strict towards the children ; it's also a good thing because they aren't rude about it and it's teaching the kids a responsibility at a young age . This daycare is 10/10 the best ! Believe me . i've tried over atleast 15 in this past month or so, but because of the corona no one was ready to help me and my family out . But the owner Ernest is such a caring kind soul who really just wants to please and make everyone happy.
