Others don't matter. Nurse talk to you like irritated mad with serious face. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!! looking to change this health center. This review is solely based on my experience with my Facey physician and the staff. I am happy to say that my primary care provider, Dr. Shirvanian listens and for me, that's a very important thing and something I look for when I choose a physician. She sits and spends time with me during my appointment. She asks questions, answers my questions, and offers thoughtful and helpful advice - she genuinely cares. Her nurse, is just as caring and pleasant. Other thoughts about my experience: - Provide a list of your meds if you're a new patient. - Front office reception and in-house lab are staffed with friendly, ready-to-help professionals. (They really ARE nice.) - Parking is NOT validated and is expensive; look for street parking if you have time to spare. - Online access to your records (not sure if it's ALL records) through MyChart, so you'll see your lab results, medications, have the capability to message your physician, etc. **A quick note about messaging through MyChart. There is now a longer response time, of which I, personally, was not informed. I'm still trying to find out what happened. I took one star off for that. - Finally, try your best to be kind.

Very disappointing experience here…read more My MRI appointment was scheduled for 8:30 PM. At 7:40 PM, I called the front desk and spoke with Anna, asking if it would be possible to come in earlier since 8:30 PM was a bit late for me. I made it clear that it was completely fine if she couldn't accommodate me. Anna responded, "No, there are two people ahead of you, so please come on time and do not come earlier." No problem. I respected that and arrived exactly at 8:30 PM on the dot. When I checked in, Anna told me, "You're going to have to wait because this client just came in I didn't know he'd be late." Naturally, I was confused and said, "But my appointment was at 8:30, and you told me to come on time." She simply repeated that there was "nothing she could do" and that I'd have to wait another 30-45 minutes, offering to reschedule my appointment that I had waited a month for, instead of asking the late client to reschedule. It felt like she prioritized helping the late patient (who happened to be of the same ethnicity as her) rather than being professional and fair. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience. After some back-and-forth, the man eventually said something in their language, and she finally told me, "Okay, he'll let you go before him," as if I was asking for something unreasonable. Then, instead of providing me the forms to fill out right away, she stepped outside to take a long personal phone call. When she finally returned, she handed me the clipboard and after I returned it, she slammed it down on the counter. The entire situation felt tense, awkward, and unnecessarily stressful. I'm a mom of a one year old just trying to get home after a long day. I didn't come here to argue or be made to feel like an inconvenience, I simply expected to be seen at my scheduled time. After the MRI, the technician (who was very kind and professional) mentioned that Anna was at the front crying and asked me what had happened. I explained the situation, and even he seemed confused by her reaction. I never raised my voice, insulted her, or disrespected her yet I was made to feel uncomfortable and blamed for a situation that wasn't my fault. Overall, this was an unprofessional and emotionally uncomfortable experience that shouldn't happen at a medical facility. The front desk sets the tone for the entire business it's the first impression patients get and the reason they choose to return or not. Professionalism, fairness, and communication matter, and unfortunately, this experience showed none of that.

She was extremely helpful with my many requests. She also provided me with not only copies, but a disc. I have the upmost respect for ALL the front office staff. You're always greeted with a friendly smile. I've been coming to this facility for close to a decade, and I always feel like a family member, I love it. I noticed that Some of the staff have moved on, but with each new staff member, I'm still treated with respect and kindness. Many of us are afraid and nervous for our results, but the technicians and doctors are so supportive. I got there early but I guess when I signed it I reversed the times wrote I got there at 8:15 and my appointment was 8 instead of the other way around. When the girl called me up to the desk she was such a brat for no reason but was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I so wish I got her name so I could have called and reported her. She had her hair up and had dark hair, white lady on the chubbier side. She immediately said I was late and I was like NO. She pointed out how I signed in and proceeded to tell me I did not do my online paperwork which I by the way never ever had to do in the past and did not receive a link to any paperwork. She was hemming and hawing and was like well we are very busy so I will try my best to get you in in the most snarky way. I am like wait what? I was early so not sure what type of day she was having but apparently wanted to let everyone know she was mad at the world. In any event she made it very known to me that I would be waiting hours for her to put me in another time frame which I do not understand since I was there 15 minutes early and would have had plenty of time to fill out paperwork. I am so upset as I drove a long time to get there and took off from work and now I have to try and reschedule another day. I can only get one day off here and there and she pretty much ruined the opportunity for me to get a mammogram anytime soon. I will never come here again. I prefer the Pasadena location where at least they treat their customers with respect.
