My advice, drink tons of water before hand, make an appointment and grab free street parking (read the signs for restrictions). Also, it's true, there is no reception area, just 2 digital check-in stations, but behind the door, they have a hydration station and bathroom. So if you need water/restroom while you are waiting, ask the next employee who opens the door. (They open the door to call in the next patient)

They'll often ask if you've eaten today and 15 minutes before when your appointment was supposed to be is not recent enough since you won't be seen until much later. Our last appointment we came in because we were supposed to monitor a hole in our babies heart (which they said we should have consistent visits to make sure it closes up) and we were given a trainee who didn't explain she was a trainee and took 45 minutes to do the ultrasound and was SILENT. She hovered over his brain for 15 of those minutes alone and I was beginning to think something was seriously wrong with our son's brain or skull. I asked multiple times if things were looking okay. When the actual technician came in to get the measurements we were rushed out at the end, when she asked if I had any questions I asked about the hole in his heart and she said "what size was it last time?" And I said I didn't know they just said he had a small hole in his heart, to which she said "I don't know- it's the same size if not smaller. Babies are fine with it we just need to monitor it. They'll be in touch if they have anything to get back to you about." I get things get rushed but there's a much better way to navigate conversations like that- especially ways to not instill anxiety in parents and ways to instill that things are okay.

Every single person at this facility was incredibly kind and attentive to my mom. Even though they were busy that day, they still made us feel seen and cared for. From the receptionist who checked us in, to the office manager Serj, who made sure we and the other patients had help with any questions or the check-in process, to the medical assistant who helped get my mom situated for her visit, and finally to the PA, Emily, who was kind and thorough with her diagnosis and recommendations. The service we received here was by far the best we've experienced at any healthcare office. I wish I remembered everyone's names because they ALL deserve recognition!!!
