Whoever answered the phone didn't give me her name but said if she can send someone she would call me. I called this morning, and reminded her who I was politely and wanted to know if she had an idea when she can send someone out so I can plan my day around it as we need this door fixed. With a nasty tone and attitude she said, "I told you yesterday I would call you if I can send someone out!" I said, "you know what cancel the order" and she said "O.K." and hung up before I can ask for a manager or owner to complain about her attitude. I called back and asked to speak to a manager or owner and she said she can take a message. I proceeded to ask for a phone number and she said, "I'm the manager and I will not give you any phone numbers!" I told her I don't appreciate her attitude and she began saying I'm harassing her and that I'm giving her an attitude and that she's going to call my boss. I said, "I am the owner." She said, "I will call your franchiser because you're a franchisee and tell them you're harassing me!" Again, she hung up! What kind of a business allows a person to speak to potential clients this way. Additionally, adding insult to injury by accusing me of harassing them. In addition to being a franchisee, I am the regional manager for Pennsylvania and South Jersey (currently 17 studios going on 25 in the next year) for Orangetheory Fitness and a International Corporate Master Educator. I wouldn't have these titles if I had a history of harassing people and having bad customer service skills.
