They quote was reasonable, scheduled promptly, all the info was clearly presented and the prices up front. There was no guess work. Then Fence Spot did an awesome job with the measurements, took a template of the existing fence, made fence to match existing, and hauled away the defunct chain link fence and wooden posts that we had on the property that were in the way of the new fence installation. When there was an issue, we promptly were contacted (our sprinkler system was not marked, so predictably, the sprinkler line was damaged in the diffing process, which could only be prevented if it was marked beforehand). This possibility was outlined in the estimate we received, so not the company's fault at all. The posts were installed promptly and set into concrete. Once they were done, Fence Spot came out again and installed the rest of the wooden fence and it looks great! It not only keeps our critters in, but it looks aesthetically nice too. Out of all the estimates we received, I would only recommend the Fence Spot. They have a showroom too, which is nice - just go and look at all the samples. I should add, that there has never been any "civil litigation." However, Brian Maynard has attempted to slander me online. He has persisted in name-calling, and other types of intimidation. I reported Maynard to the Sheriff's department, who phoned Mr. Maynard on my behalf. If he does not cease in this behavior, I will sue him for slander. I think it's unreasonable to have such a minimum at such a small and specialized business that carries items under that minimum price. Overall though, very happy with the service.

It was easy to set up an appointment. Within a week Kevin came out to evaluate our yard and fencing options. We shared that we had a couple of requests which included using fencing we already have (given to us by a friend) and re-using fence (a house next door is being torn down with new fencing). We acknowledged that our request was weird and knew that Upright Fence may only want to use their own fencing material. My husband and I followed up a few times but the company ghosted us. Didn't reply back to our emails and never gave us a quote. We reached out to other companies for quotes too. They all told us that they wouldn't install material we already had. We would have appreciated the same response. If we can't use our material, we will purchase materials through the actual company. Unfortunately, this company can't close the loop on communication so now I question their ability to install fences too. There are many other companies on Yelp - family run business with better ratings too. Should have been a red flag with the 2 star rating from multiple individuals.
