My family made the very wise and fortunate decision to engage Bob Shedlock and his company, New Dimensions Deck Contractors, to complete a screened-in deck for the back of our home.
Every aspect of the project, from Bob's first no-charge, in-person consulting visit to the wonderful comments we continue to hear since completion, went perfectly well.
Bob first visited our home, patiently listened to our interests and provided professional advice. He subsequently provided a very detailed, accurate and reasonable quote.
We presented Bob with a limited time frame goal - on which he over-delivered. During the construction process, a neighbor commented on how organized and clean our property continued to look each day. Bob's staff was always most professional and courteous. I think this is a testament to the atmosphere and direction Bob orchestrates for his employees.
Lastly, I am someone who does not understand much about construction practices. A neighbor of mine - who managed construction projects during his career, noted the terrific craftsmanship and attention to detail that Bob and his team provided after he reviewed our addition after completion.
P.S. Bob made an extra trip - a log one to our home - after completion to personally take care of a request.
We most highly recommend Bob Shedlock for your upcoming home project. read more
