I fully take responsibility for that. However, when I returned, both the man and woman working there were insensitive, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was told several calls had been made and that the cards had been thrown away because they are "not a storage facility." My number has not changed, and I never received any calls. My email was also available, yet no attempt was made to contact me that way. I understand mistakes happen, but customer service goes both ways. A credit toward a new order or simply handling the situation with professionalism and compassion would have gone a long way. You don't have to like every customer, but respect and professionalism should never be overlooked. How a business treats people during difficult times says a lot about its values.

I had seen an ad on a local facebook page and upon doing research I saw they had solid 5 star reviews so I decided to make the call & left a message. I was quickly contacted by Joe, we discussed all the issues with my home computer and he set up a remote call for 2pm. At exactly 2pm Nick called me and remotely took control of my computer to clean it up and reset a bunch of things. He told me it would take about an hour and he would call me when it was done. After the hour, Nick called, we discussed a few remaining issues concerning my email & printer, Nick showed me an easier way to control the scanner, fixed the email issue. In short, they were miracle workers with my device. Everything is working so perfectly now, I feel like I have a new computer AND during this pandemic no one had to come into the house, all remote.
