Worst "Company" (if I can call it that is completely stretching it) EVER Owner Thomas Thompson is a SCAM artist extraordinaire Stole $300 yo serve TWO ppl Couldn't get the job done Finally did nail and mail through ANOTHER company(and would not, has not released that company information) who FAILED to do personal service despite knowing home and office address, both within 5 minutes of one another! LAZY! PATHETIC! UNPROFESSIONAL! Then he didn't FILE it electronically with the Court ! Instead he tries to send it with a signature required through the US Mail which of course I haven't received bc I work! If that isn't malicious and flat out RUDE then what can I say? Now he tells me Service is fine when he still hasn't served the other named defendant for which he was hired to serve! I have called the bank to get my money back, filed complaints with the AG for NY stste, the district attorney where he resides, the BBB and yelp He somehow REMOVED the first review posted last week so that's a huge concern too This person needs to be shut down! Under NO circumstances should ANYONE EVER use this THIEF, LIAR, SCAM ARTIST to clean their toilet let alone handle legal papers! RUN AWAY as fast as you can! read more

If you're looking for a process server in NY, please call this company. Thomas Thompson is his name. At 1st I was scared because I did this from FL but he got the job done with no issues. Mind you the Respondent is a difficult person to deal wilth but Mr. Thompson did it with extreme caution and did exactly what he needed to do.
