He looked at the two transactions on my bank statement and said that it was nothing to do with him!! He said how do i know you haven't gone to another Bombay restaurant!! He then accused my friends who I dined with of stealing my card to pay for their own meals!!!! I also showed him my receipt to compare with his records. To which he started going through a massive box of paper receipts... no surprise he "couldn't find" my matching receipt from his records!! Manager was extremely RUDE, said i was lying and that it must be my friends stealing! He laughed in our faces and refused to take any responsibility. Never experienced anyone like him before. The other reviews on here also back up how rude he was. We ended up leaving after he refused refund and will now have to contact bank and hope that they refund. WATCH OUT if paying on card in here... they obviously are committing some sort of fraud or avoid at all costs. Theres way better Indian restaurants in Grays so would go to those instead and not risk it.
