It was cute but a bit cramped and unorganized/: had a hard time pulling clothes out that I thought were nice

This very large store shockingly does not offer public restrooms which I find extremely surprising because they offer so much to look at and their prices are a little higher than the surrounding stores but they value their customers so little that they won't offer them a restroom. That is why I am subtracting one star but I'm subtracting a second star because when I asked the owner at the counter if they had a public restroom she was very short and blunt with me and her response of no and that I can go to another business across the street followed by the expression that I was exhausting her while she spoke to the floor. The way she spoke to me made me feel like I was nothing more than a dollar sign and the lack of restrooms solidified that feeling. If I could subtract half of a star further for her lack of customer service in the way that she spoke to me I would also do that but alas I will be leaving three. We did find some really fascinating pieces in the store which unfortunately we had to put back but among those items were vintage bottles, books and a sewing machine. They have such a great variety here. My recommendation is to have you and your children use the restroom before coming to this establishment and to be sure you do not have coffee or any fluids before walking around this labyrinth antique store.

I love this place. There is always something new to look at. Great service too. It's a great place…read moreto get your Aladdin wicks and mantles for your vintage Aladdin lamps. Reasonable pricing. I spend hours in here whenever I go.

One is in Palm Springs and the other is in Joshua Tree, and between the two of them, you can create something that feels entirely your own. In Palm Springs, it's The Frippery. In Joshua Tree, it's The End. These are not stores where you walk in and grab something off a rack and call it a day. This is where you build a look. The pieces are curated, the textures are right, and there's a very intentional mix of vintage, statement, and elevated boho that you just do not see everywhere else. You can feel that the owners understand style, not just trends, and that makes all the difference. It will take many pieces to bring it all together, so take your time. Do not rush through it. Let yourself explore, try things on, and really pay attention to what feels right. This is not about grabbing one perfect item. It is about layering, editing, and building something slowly until it becomes your look. The right jewelry, the right gloves, the right hat or bolero. Every detail matters. You never quite know what the final result will be, and that is part of the magic. It is a process. You shift things, you refine, and then suddenly it all comes together in a way you could not have planned from the beginning. What I love most is that you are not going to walk into an event and see someone else wearing the same thing. That almost never happens anymore, and here it feels possible again. You leave with something personal, a little unexpected, and completely your own. If I really wanted to impress someone, this is exactly how I would do it. I would pull pieces from both shops, layer everything together, add a little glamour, and show up dressed to the nines, but still effortless, still boho, still cool without trying too hard. Trust the process. You are going to walk out wearing something absolutely killer.

I loved all of the stores open in Pioneertown, and I noticed that everyone was welcoming and kind. It sort of reminded me of Williamsburg in Virginia but no one was in character which I honestly appreciated more. I thought that Williamsburg was a bit much in that way. I loved how authentic the town store looked even though the products weren't necessarily authentic to the time. I would have loved to see more antique items besides the clothing they had available for sale. I would love to come here again and take some friends or come with my family again. This place is pretty cool.
