The infrared saunas are bookable in one-hour time slots, and you get your own private space with a changing area and a shower, a sauna with Bluetooth connectivity, and wellness shots to take at the beginning and end of your session. If you want to come with a friend, there are two-people saunas available as well. There are different yoga and pilate classes available. However, space is limited. My guess is that the room can only hold 10 people, which is nice if you prefer being in a small group. The facility is clean, and the staff is nice. I have done a sauna session and taken a yoga class. The sauna session was relaxing, and the yoga class was a good workout. My body felt great after each experience.

Unfortunately, his behavior reinforces harmful stereotypes, such as the "angry Black male" trope, which is both disappointing and damaging. Maintenance is also slow to respond to repair requests, and there have been reports of ringworm, which raises serious hygiene concerns. After I signed the paperwork to cancel my gym membership, the gym continued to make unauthorized charges to my card. This appears to be a pattern, as other former clients have reported similar experiences. It seems to be a method of retaliation--an incredibly predatory move by the ownership. There are plenty of other gyms in the area worth considering.
