One of the classes I took ended up being quite full, more so than the instructor had planned for, he adapted the class on the fly to meet the student and spaces needs and it was an awesome basic class!

I also see the staff vacuuming the saunas when they're not in use and mopping the floors every day. It's easy to book a free session to check it out and get a tour and also convenient to book a workout session on the app after becoming a member. They have rewards and do drawings for prizes every month.

I've taken classes here before, but I was with my mom and it was her first time. The instructor gave her a studio tour and answered a few questions she had. What makes this facility stand out is how clean it is. The locker rooms and studios are always clean with some great amenities. I love the soft studio floor and overall ambiance. The classes can be a little large, but it's manageable. This is definitely an accessible yoga studio for beginners, but can still provide a challenge for others!
