I'm not really sure what the negative reviews are talking about, but this place is good. It's a Chinese Buffet, don't go here expecting the most extravagant thing ever because it's only purpose is for you to get your money's worth. For one adult person, it's about 15 dollars and 17 dollars with a drink. With that, there's a huge food selection that's bound to have something you like. Yes, sometimes there's cold food out because they are trying to cook 8 things at once, but that's one of the only downsides. The service is friendly and attentive if you act with basic human decency, so I'd say that's nice. The biggest downside is the ambiance, but I'm here to eat, not to admire the scenery. (about all of the bad service reviews, I've only seen customers yelling at the staff and the staff politely asking them to leave, forgive me if i'm wrong) read more

Service was mediocre. The buffet trays weren't being refreshed, so a lot of the food was lukewarm or dried out. For the price, it already feels overpriced -- and then at checkout they beg for a tip even though it's a self‑serve buffet. I have no problem tipping, but it wasn't tip worthy. Overall, not an experience I'd repeat. read more

Buffet food, buyer beware. Service is ok and it's a Chinese restaurant. Had a bad experience with the food, won't be back.

Food was good, would have been better if was hotter. The food on the line was cold when we arrived to our table. The ambiance was ok. As you enter it seems that you are going to walk into a new and updated buffet setup from the long hallway, but it was just ok. The staff was nice and very attentive. read more

So this evening was my first time in here yes the shrimp was hard and cold so was the egg roll but I want to know why blacks were seated on one side of the room and whites on the other side granted I'm Not from Alabama I couldn't believe what was happening I will never ever come here again and I will encourage other people of color who even mentions this place not to come here, all the horror stories about Alabama are really happening with Asians doing it really sad read more

Not very good. Food quality was low. Did not seem like a clean environment. The long hallway to get to the restaurant was junky and not clean either read more

If you want horrible food this is the place to go! Closes at 10 pm on Friday. @8:30 it look like food was there from lunchtime. It was hard, cold or soggy from sitting in water for god knows how long. A buffet should be a variety of selections.... Not here! And to top it off one of the nastiest places in Enterprise Al. I would give it 0 STARS! read more

Driving up to this place is not pleasant. It's next to a gym and the building and parking lot is dated. It's in an old mall and when you enter the restaurant you might be unsettled by the decor. Plastic service and tableware, plastic cups, mismatched plates. One you get over yourself and see the selection and the quality and quantity of the buffet food offered you quickly forget about no music, bad lighting, worn furnishings. A buffet eaters delight. Price is reasonable and food is delicious. Service is functional and bathrooms are clean. A no nonsense buffet for the serious foodie. read more

I'm giving this place the benefit of the doubt, because they've upped the service last time I was there. The first time I went, some of the food was cold, which happens when it isn't turned over often. The service was a little distant. This last time, the service was better, and I saw active movement of the food, which lets it stay hot. This isn't going to wow anybody, but that's Chinese buffet. It's a quick easy meal - several decent options done the way I'm used to seeing. read more

worst buffet i have ever eaten cold and old stay away people are nice but thats it the pork was spoiled and the soups over cooked read more

Horrible... I got food poisoning from this place. The food tastes so processed and like it came out of a frozen tv dinner box.

Good food and great price. Like the variety of dishes available. Good value for the whole family.

Well worst meal ever the food was discussing cold and over cooked. I arrived at 6:30pm and the food looked like is was leftover form lunch, don't waste your money buy dog food instead. Walt Hermsmeier read more

I've been coming with my family since they first opened their doors and I've noticed a decline in service and food over the time but tonight was the last straw for us when we went for crab leg night and found out the hard way their prices are 10.95 for the buffet but now you pay $2.00 extra PER CLUSTER!!!!! Now I could understand adding $2.00 per buffet but per cluster?!?! Really? The chicken was luke warm as was many of the items. When we talked with the cashier we were told "we post sign but you not read not our fault " BEWARE of this practice or you could be out a lot of money. read more

The food was cold, and they charged us $6.50 for our 11 month old because we fed her from our food a little cold rice. Haha! This place is such a joke. I will not be going back and they had the audacity to ask for a tip, they did nothing for us because take our dirty plates and say thank you, no drink refills at all. They were hostile when asking for drinks. We were not a fan! Definitely not going back, after we got charge for our little baby. She never asked her age or anything. They automatically assumed she was 3 and charged us. It kind made us mad because they didn't tell us they did. The cashier has the audacity to tell us are you going to leave a tip. Haha. NOPE. Not for COLD SOGGY food. Then she screams the servers name and tells her they didn't give you a tip. This place is gross! read more

They are scamming their customers. Crab legs use to be on the buffet which they are still there but they have a sign there that says $2 a cluster. I already had a player when the waitress told me about the sign. They charged me 12.95 for the 2 clusters I had plus the buffet was 36.00. The Cook's don't wear hair nets or gloves. It's just nasty and they scam people read more

The food is cold and they are now charging extremely for crab legs. $2 per cluster all they have to tell you this is a sign above the legs this is outrageous we came here for nice affordable meal and now it's like I'm getting charged 3 time the amount. And the crab legs are in the same bar as the buffet sheer scam and waitress do not wear gloves or hair nets. And are always yelling at each other read more

When we first moved to Enterprise we tried a chinese place and were horrified. It took 9 months but we found the courage to try again, going off the recommendation of a friend who said this place was great. Once we walked into Morgan Square Mall and were hit with the stench of cigarette smoke we should have turned around. Now, as everything else in lower Alabama, this is a buffet (we didn't know, said friend just told us where it was and that it was chinese) so the staff seated us and took our drink orders. After seeing all that semi-warm chinese food (and pizza!) we should have taken our second chance to ditch out but we were meeting friends and thought we'd give it a try. When you're starving, any chinese food will do. So in that regard it was fine. It was all edible, even though I was weirded out by the pizza and garlic bread, and they had most of the normal chinese dishes one would expect. There is even dessert (as in any good buffet, right?) and I'd say the best part was the ice cream. We would have written it off as just an okay dinner and moved on, but our bill came back to almost $50 for 4 people. I guess we figured 'cheap' chinese buffet since the price wasn't posted anywhere and we were wrong. That night we all felt a little off, speaking for myself I definitely had an upset stomach. Add it all up, and it's not a place I would ever go back to -or recommend to anyone- but we all lived. read more

My son had an explosive diaper at the Chinese buffet in Enterprise. It got everywhere. And to make matters worse, while my husband took him out the car to clean him up, the owner came over and threw a towel at me to clean it up with a look of absolute disgust on her face and refused to even speak to me when I apologized. We didn't even finish eating because I was so upset at the treatment we received. He's a baby. He can't help it, and we were already cleaning it up by the time she came over. AWFUL experience. Also, their sushi sucks. read more

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I've went there a couple times and the price is high considering the quality of food you get. I know that it is a buffet and you pretty much get what you see. These people are master manipulators though! I've went there with my uncle and his friend and it's ALWAYS around $32.00. Well, me and my 2 girlfriends went there one day. When they handed me the bill it was $42.00 and some change. I do NOT mind paying good money for food. But this meal was certainly not worth it! I think they tried to get more money out of me because I looked very young and she thought I was gullible. I tried to argue with her but ended up just paying and leaving. I would NOT recommend this place. read more

Ate there Friday afternoon. Very expensive, 12.95 a piece plus your drink. Food was not good, not very clean either. High priced for cold bland food. Will not be going back. read more

We dined at New Century July 14,2018. The food was ok. I received an additional ten dollar charge on my bill. I questioned this charge and was told crab legs are expensive. This charge is not clearly stated and my waitress did not inform me of this policy. A buffet is typically all you care to eat. Specialty items are usually ordered not placed on the bar. There is a small handwritten tag place at the top of the bar. The tag is only seen if you happen to be tall or your on the BOARD OF HEALTH. Beware dinner cost is a moving target! Especially if crab legs is on the bar. You are being watched for a reason....TO COUNT THE NUMBER OF PLATES OF CRAB LEGS YOU EAT TO CHARGE YOU!!!! read more

The food here is decent but it's nothing mind blowing. This is a decent place to eat though and would stop here again when in the area.

My husband and I went there on a Sunday night for dinner. The staff members were all very friendly but other than that I don't see any reason to go back. We were pretty excited to try out a Chinese buffet in Enterprise since Chow King in Dothan is a bit of drive from here. But overall, our experience was awful. The food was soggy and cold. Even the ones they just brought out were like that. We get that it is not a high-end buffet but I don't think it is worth $10 per person for such a low quality food. And they should get rid of sushi aisle and spend more time and effort on their "Chinese" buffet. As soon as I put a shrimp in my mouth, I could taste that it's been sitting there for a while. As a foodie, I really don't recommend this place. With 2 drinks and buffets for 2 adults, our total was about $25. It was such a disappointment. read more

I have definitely experienced much better buffets than this place. When my family and I walked in to the restaurant on a Friday evening and we were the only ones there, we should have turned around and left. I'm from the D.C. Metro area so if there's a good chinese buffet, I've been to it. There was hardly any selections of food. Apparently on their sign they said they have Hibachi......there was no Hibachi. The fried rice was really dry and their coconut shrimp was super oily. They do not have any type of chili oil, chili sate, siracha, or hot sauce, what kind of chinese restaurant doesn't have chili oil? Their food was slightly warm and mediocre at best. I'll keep searching. read more

This place looks awful on the outside, but the food is great and the wait staff works hard as well. Great for lunch

The building looks kind of sketchy from the outside but despite being old, it was clean. The wife and I are here for dinner tonight. Honestly, it's a pretty standard Chinese buffet. There really isn't anything special about the place, but no reason to complain either. Good crab rangoons, decent chicken and shrimp dishes, and pretty terrible sushi. Overall, not a bad deal for the price ~$9 / person, but won't be winning any culinary awards in the Wiregrass region any time soon. We might be back, however, it's on the bottom of our repeat list right now. read more

My boyfriend and I enjoy coming here. With a drink, it's about $10 per person. We LOVE the cheese ragoons. The sushi is decent (and it's so nice that it is included in the buffet). The fried rice and lo mein isn't that good. The entrées are decent as well. You get what you pay for. Also, don't let the outside of the building it's in scare you away; It's currently under construction. Also, I have never had a problem with the service. The ladies are always so nice and welcoming. read more

I absolutely do not recommend going here! You're better off driving to Dothan! My husband and i just went there today and we were so excited for Chinese food (I've been craving it because I'm pregnant) and we were extremely disappointed. Our waitress was rude and short. She had an extremely bad attitude, our food was soggy and cold and did not taste at all like Chinese food. We paid $20 for 2 buffets and 2 drinks and we couldn't even get through one plate of food. It was absolutely disgusting. I am so disappointed. I will NEVER go back. read more

Wow, I really want to give this place 0 stars. I have never been more happy just to leave a place in my life. Good place to eat. Food kept hot. Good chicken, and fantastic egg rolls. Not a lot of veggies. No snow peas, chinese cabbage, or water chestnuts. Pork and pork dumplings taste rank, or old.
