My guy found a great jacket, we checked out a vacuum I thought I wanted (too heavy) and then stopped in Sephora. It's a satellite store so it doesntt have a lot of variety. I did find a new color eyeliner (for me) in the brand that I like (less than the competitor). Unfortunately, the shade I tried and loved on my hand didn't work for me. I stopped back a couple of weeks later and found a color that was fantastic (60 day is their return policy). There was a 50% sale on selected prestige brands that day too. Checkout in Kohl's. The line was huge (black Friday) but it seemed to be going fast. An employee pointed out self-checkout - awesome. Five minutes and we were walking to the car. We will be going there again soon. His machine printed up a shipping label which he slapped on my package and then it printed up my receipt. The biggest problem with shopping online is returning the merchandise if it doesn't live up to expectations. Kohls makes Amazon returns simple, friendly, & easy.

Instead, I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, not a single employee greeted us, acknowledged us, or offered assistance. We spent a significant amount of time walking through roughly 30 campers completely on our own in 94-degree heat. Many of the units were filthy, poorly maintained, and several had obvious broken or missing parts. After looking through the campers, we went inside and still received absolutely no acknowledgment from the sales staff or management. No greeting. No offer to answer questions. No offer of water despite the extreme heat. Nothing. The manager didn't even bother to look up. The only reason we had any interaction with a salesperson, Vlad, was because a camper had been parked in front of our vehicle, preventing us from leaving, and we had to ask when it would be moved. I cannot understand how a dealership expects to sell RVs while completely ignoring customers who are ready and willing to buy. I arrived excited to make a purchase and left shocked by the lack of professionalism, customer service, and overall condition of the inventory. This dealership lost a serious buyer today, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I'm pretty aware of what HIPAA regulations are and what they aren't. I only wish the pharmacist that I dealt with today had the same knowledge. An added extra? How about a smile and basic customer relation skills? 90% of the healthcare professional's job is dealing with patients in a friendly and positive manner. Treating customers/patients like bothersome nuisances is all too often a sign of incompetence and negligence. Trust me, I know. I appreciate that Walgreens is struggling and shutting down no small number of pharmacy and store locations, allegedly due to the inability to make a profit (go figure). This is definitely a circumstance, where one pharmacist, in one location, creates a bad reputation for all others - as well as the company. You might choose to stay with Walgreens, but do yourself a favor - skip this location.
