I stayed with IVUSE for nearly a year, trusting I was under proper medical oversight. Communication…read morewas consistently unreliable -- emails required repeated follow-ups, and scheduled consultations were sometimes missed. The most alarming moment was being prescribed a peptide later revealed to be unknown to my assigned clinician, and labeled "for research use only," with no patient-specific pharmacy label. That raised serious concerns about oversight and accountability. Patients deserve transparency and proper documentation -- especially with injectable medications.

Nice that I was able to book with Natalie and she answered all my questions. The space was very clean and inviting. The appointment started on time and everything was explained throughout the procedure. the prices are so good compared to where I live in Washingto, DC! After having done the math it is almost worth it to fly down here and have it done versus up here. The laser vein procedure was a bit painful -not gonna lie-but she did prepare me and the results were immediately noticeable. Why didn't I do this earlier?!? I've had IPL many times before but I was so happy she did such a thorough job. What I've usually had done for the entire face takes about 5 minutes. However, Stephanie was taking her time and did everywhere which I realize how it should have been done at the others spas! The experience was fantastic for my face, my mind and my wallet! I will go back 100%!!!

After the healing, I noticed three thick, dark lines at the front of one of my eyebrows. Thick, like I used a Sharpie marker and did my brows myself. I notified the office when they sent me an email to review my results, which I let them know I was very unhappy with the results. Nurse Stephanie called me and said she would do the touch-up at no cost and fix them. As time got close to my appointment, I ended up canceling, as I was just too afraid that it would look even worse after she touched them up. Today, 01/02/2024, , the coloring is not good either. The color is just a faded black. I have dark hair but my hair isn't black. I can say, the only positive thing is the shaping. I am very disappointed in how this turned out. I wish they would just refund me the $600, as it looks terrible. I would not recommend Nurse Stephanie doing microblading. I do not think she is experienced. As a positive, the staff is friendly and the office is clean and I had good results with the Botox I had there in the past. Unfortunately, I will not be going back for further procedures.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. They advertise that walk-ins are…read morewelcome, but they conveniently leave out that you could be waiting well over an hour just to be seen. When I arrived, there were only three customers already being serviced. The receptionist told me I would be next, yet "next" turned into waiting for more than an hour. That's completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, another customer who had a 10:30 a.m. appointment wasn't seen until 10:51 a.m. She was understandably frustrated, which made it clear that even having an appointment doesn't guarantee you'll be seen on time. I usually go to the Camp Creek location because they're properly staffed and I've never had this issue. I only came to this location because I happened to be in the area, and I definitely regret that decision. If you're considering coming here, be prepared for long waits regardless of whether you're a walk-in or have an appointment. This location seriously needs to improve its staffing and scheduling.
