I'll start by saying that I used to have a long-time fear of needles. Today, I've completed eight…read moreelective treatments in just 30 days--including NAD+, Myers Cocktails, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D--and it's always 'one and done' with zero stress. What makes Replenish the best in Atlanta isn't just the quality of the treatments, it's the human-first attitude. Brittney Driggers (the owner) is a wealth of knowledge; her insights into healing the body and mind are so deep that every conversation feels like a masterclass. The staff is incredible--Farhiya provides such a warm welcome at the front desk that it sets a positive tone the moment you walk in. My therapist, Andy, is fantastic. He makes the injections seamless and, most importantly, he stays present and attentive in the room, which makes a world of difference when you want to feel supported during a treatment. As a fellow small business owner, I truly admire their integrity. They prioritize the person over the margin, even helping with logistical details like parking. Brittney also went above and beyond by providing a professional superbill to help me seek insurance coverage for my out-of-pocket costs, which was beyond anything I expected. If you want elite therapy delivered with genuine care and heart, Replenish is the place. They are truly Atlanta's best-kept secret.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and what made it truly awful…read morewas how the owner, Britt, handled it afterward. The appointment itself was already a mess. My sister and I had scheduled 5:00 PM appointments, arrived early, and still waited over an hour before our IVs were even started, with only ONE other customer there. No communication, no check-ins, nothing. At one point my sister pressed the call button multiple times because she urgently needed to use the restroom and was literally stuck with an IV in her arm, and no one came for nearly 20 minutes. We didn't leave until 7:15 PM. Over two hours for something that should have taken about an hour. I was already sick and this experience made it worse. But honestly, the real issue is how Britt handled it after. Instead of taking accountability, she immediately jumped to excuses. She blamed "unforeseen circumstances," another guest, prep time, anything but her own business operations. Even when we clearly explained that we had scheduled appointments and there was only one other person there, she continued to deflect. Then came the communication issues, which were honestly shocking for a business owner. She ignored our emails for days at a time, pushed for phone calls but would only offer weekend availability even after we repeatedly said we were only available on weekdays, and then justified it by saying weekends were the only time she could talk because she has kids. While I can empathize with being busy, that is not the customer's responsibility to accommodate, especially when it is her business that failed. At one point, after a full week of no response, she replied to our availability with a single word: "Ok." That alone tells you everything you need to know about how seriously she takes her customers. She also tried to shift blame onto us, saying there may have been a "lack of communication" on our end and even questioning whether we actually pressed the call button, despite us clearly stating we did multiple times. Being told "our staff said that didn't happen" instead of addressing the issue is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. And after all of this, she flat out refused a refund, stating "you both received the therapies you ordered" and ended the conversation with "I think it's time for us to move on." That is not how you treat paying customers, especially loyal ones. This was not just a bad appointment. It was a complete failure in customer care, accountability, and professionalism from the top down. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.

The consultation was thorough, and my provider made sure I understood exactly what to expect during and after the procedure. The treatment felt like mild heat with some prickling but nothing unbearable. I had experienced redness for a few days and some swelling which was to be expected but both subsided in a few days. The recovery was very manageable. Within the first week I noticed smoother texture, smaller pores, and a subtle but noticeable tightening and brighting of the skin on both my face and neck. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend this treatment to anyone wanting brighter, refreshed skin." Your only regret will be that you didn't do it sooner!

I generally operate by an "assume positive intent" mindset, but I'm sharing this in hopes of saving…read moreothers time, money, and frustration -- especially when it comes to something as important as your health and wellness. Don't go to STAT Wellness. There are far better wellness clinics in Atlanta with more knowledgeable providers, stronger communication, and a genuine focus on patient care over profit. Unprofessional communication, disorganization at every step, lack of medical depth, and a disappointing level of follow-through have made this one of the worst healthcare experiences I've had. My Experience: I began seeing Jacqui Bartholomew, Family NP, at STAT Wellness in April 2025 for help identifying hormonal and GI imbalances I've struggled with since IVF several years ago. From the start, scheduling was disorganized - two separate people (a "patient specialist" and front desk) responded to my messages in their app, leading to multiple appointment mix-ups. STAT requires an extremely detailed health history, lab uploads, and background forms, yet I'm still unsure that information was ever used. On more than one occasion, I reminded Jacqui of personal & maternal health history she seemed unaware of, which changed her recommendations. Cost: The initial visit was around $900. It did include an InBody scan - which, ironically, is free at most gyms but request for an update at my first in-person follow-up 6 months later was told it would be a couple hundred dollars ha. The first session was mostly conversational, and while Jacqui's tone was warm, her answers were vague or dismissive. Follow-up was painfully slow; it took nearly four weeks (April 22-May 19) for her to provide a plan. Caveat, some of the delay was due to continued scheduling mishaps mentioned above & a 1 week reschedule on my behalf. The follow-up visit was 30 minutes virtually just enough to skim lab results (and this wasn't free, it's another ~$200). My questions about blood levels were inconsistently answered - often with "false positive, don't worry about it." I was told to do the Whole30 diet, but no guidance was provided on implementation, reasoning, or reintroduction. The written notes afterward didn't include any pertinent details from our call. I have call recordings and documentation showing this gap. Jacqui also recommended electrolytes, suggesting I purchase specific in-house or branded options - none of which were Whole30 compliant. When I asked about the contradiction, the response (from a nurse via the app) was simply, "Jacqui says it's okay" or to make an at home version with OJ and coconut water. The communication setup was odd; you never actually hear from your provider directly. By my October follow-up, things had only worsened. Check ins are through the app and limited to patient-directed, many times I'd wait 1-2 weeks without a response. I never was asked how things were going, given guidance on whole30 reintroduction, asked if symptoms were improving based on the new supplements I was prescribed (through their in-house service, of course). Jacqui was about to go on maternity leave, and I tried to be empathetic, but if you're charging thousands for medical care, patients deserve focus and clarity. She again couldn't answer basic questions about my labs or protocol and told me the follow-up InBody scan would cost extra - for a machine that takes 60 seconds to use and is free elsewhere. By then, I had spent nearly $2,000 at STAT with little to show for it. Since leaving, I've done my own research, consulted other NPs, and even had AI analysis of my labs - and much of what I was told at STAT doesn't line up. When I finally sent feedback expressing my disappointment, the clinic offered a complimentary 30-minute consult with a different provider. I'm still undecided if I'll take it, it's currently scheduled for next week, but I wanted to share my experience in hopes others can make more informed choices. Bottom line: I wish I had something positive to say about STAT Wellness, but I simply don't. The care felt shallow, transactional, and misaligned with their stated mission. Save your time, your money, and your trust...there are many better wellness clinics in Atlanta.
