Jade was at the front desk when I arrived this morning and was unbelievably and unnecessarily rude to me. I had just gone in for an IV, but her abysmal attitude made me turn around and leave. She is not the type of person who meets the standards of decent customer service for a fast food service, let alone a wellness therapy provider. I would hope the owners of Hydra+ do not find it okay to speak to another human, let alone a paying customer, in such a way. I have only had positive experiences with Hydra+, but as long as Jade is with the company I will not be returning to the Buckhead location

The treatment felt like mild heat with some prickling but nothing unbearable. I had experienced redness for a few days and some swelling which was to be expected but both subsided in a few days. The recovery was very manageable. Within the first week I noticed smoother texture, smaller pores, and a subtle but noticeable tightening and brighting of the skin on both my face and neck. I selected this spa to have a BBL transfer thinking that they would provide a non-evasive procedure that I would be pleased with at a reasonable cost and I would also be able to return to work after a few weeks. Well, my first encounter set the tone and I should have listened to my first thought that told me not to return. But, I wanted ro give them a chI met with Dr. Vandy Gaffney for the consultation , he went over the procedure and told me the cost. At the end of the consultation, he requested I Zelle/ Cash App him the deposit of $1000 on the spot but I didn't have either so although I thought it was strange I sent it the following day through Venmo. Well, I left the office without the good doctor providing a written overview of the procedure, which I requested several times. I also asked for a receipt but that was not sent to me, however, I had my receipt from Venmo so I wasn't too worried. Why did I did go back, I don't know :( The signs were all there! The week of the procedure I went in to pick up the paperwork and pre-op instructions. The pre-op instructions read not to take aspirin or other medication 10 days prior to the procedure and went I questioned this information both Dr. Gaffney and Nathan down played it, saying it didn't matter their suppose to say that but its not going to hurt anything. Well, the day of the procedure came and all went well. After the procedure I noticed I was very swollen from head to toe for weeks. I never sat on my suppose to be mew buttocks but went in for a follow appointment 7 days later and my butt looked the same way it did when I initially went in. The doctor said, I agree with you, however, do some squats, that will help. Okay, WTF did I pay you $4500 for???? He said, " its still swollen and you wont see the results for at least 90 days. I expect to at least see noticeable changes after this procedure. I did not sit down, sleep and still have not been sitting down on my butt. I also purchased several garments to wear so I wouldn't have to keep it off long. The best advice he gave was to get a lymphatic massage. I had 3 massages since the BBL and it helped the swelling tremendously. Its been a month and the results are not good at all. Don't go to this doctor! We put our money and trust in the doctors expertise and he clearly does not have it! Oh, I failed to mention he sent a BBL pillow to my house. Thanks for the $4500 pillow!

Finally I saw ads on social media and they had a 3 services for $30 special, so I booked an appointment. I've gone to several different places, that offer these services, but what's unique about them is that they have an all-in-one type of business. So, you can do the sauna, red light therapy, an IV drip and cryotherapy! Verses having to go several different places to have the services done. I did the sauna and loved the setup. It's well ventilated and there's a spacious bathroom attached. I also did the compression therapy and was able to do 30 mins of legs and 30 mins of upper body. I had never had the upper body done and honestly didn't know it existed. This was super relaxing and I feel asleep. It's a shame our insurance doesn't cover places like this because honestly I think it's needed to maintain your health. They didn't pressure me to join, but there extensive list of treatments has me intrigued. Their prices are also a lot better than other places in the area. It's safe to say she was exhausted. I completely understand, however, I had an appointment that was scheduled two weeks ago. The young lady at the front was very apologetic and attempted to call me before my arrival. I didn't get the call because I was already in route. There was no need to express my frustration with her because she's the messenger. This is a matter that management/ owners of the establishment should deal with. What took place this morning was beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate, and simple poor business practice. The hydration therapy service that is provided here is definitely something this area needs because of the benefits it offers. However, I could easily venture out to other area that offers the same services with a more convenient schedule and reliability, but I choose to give this location a try after being referred here for other services that I have been very pleased with. Would I recommend or refer others here? Absolutely for any other service other than the hydration therapy treatment. Those that work here that I have encountered has been professional, courteous, and has shown a genuine concern as it relate to the nature of my visit. It is unfortunate that I will be going elsewhere for this particular services. I truly hope that this review is taken constructively with an attempt to assess and make necessary changes.
