Jade was at the front desk when I arrived this morning and was unbelievably and unnecessarily rude to me. I had just gone in for an IV, but her abysmal attitude made me turn around and leave. She is not the type of person who meets the standards of decent customer service for a fast food service, let alone a wellness therapy provider. I would hope the owners of Hydra+ do not find it okay to speak to another human, let alone a paying customer, in such a way. I have only had positive experiences with Hydra+, but as long as Jade is with the company I will not be returning to the Buckhead location

This was NOT my first colonic but it was my FIRST time at Colonic of Atlanta-Vinings. At a first…read moreglance it was ok and I noticed a mop and bucket in the corner. I think this should have been placed out of site. I explain to Treves that I was familiar with colonic and was in the middle of a parasite cleanse and have no issued but wanted to add the colonic to my cleanse. I also told her that I didn't need the demonstration and she was fine with that. She quoted me the time for a 45-minute session but I had to correct her because I paid for the 1-hour session. She left the room for me to undress and get on the spa table. 1. The rectal tube was placed inside plastic that had the tube plus the lubricate packet which was open and soaked with water (this is a contamination issue). The lubricant pack should not be open until you are ready to use and the rectal tubing should not be soaked in water and I didn't know how long this water sat inside the package of water. 2. Once Treves turned on the water and left, I had to call her back to get access to the massager, she never offered and I as unable to reach it from the table. After a few minutes I managed to get the heating pad myself after realizing she didn't offer this even though it was already turned on and ready for usage. 3. Later, I asking Treves to check my tube because it felt like water was going up my back, she was immediately irritated, the tube was in fact bent. In other facilities the tubes are a lit longer and more flexible but this tube was short and could easily be pulled from the machine. I also asked if she could adjust the water temperature- immediately irritated at my request. After my session was over and the water was turned off Treves wanted me to immediately sit up. This is OUT OF ORDER! I just spent 1 hours of my internal muscles contracting, as a nurse it should be common knowledge to give the patient a few minutes alone and if they need assistance then you assist. 4. Treves demanded that I sit up immediately as if I was inconveniencing her (mind you she asked me to come early and I did). I explained to her that I needed a minute for my body to adjust. After about 2 minutes, Treves asked me to message my stomach to ensure the water is out, mind you that's the purpose of the massager, yet I followed her instructions. Then she proceeded to rush me to get off the table and asked me to lean forward. I replied that I did not need help with getting off the table and I could manage the rest. Treves replied "I need you to do it MY WAY so that you don't get anything on the floor". By this time my brain is saying Who TF is she talking to? I paused and did what she asked knowing I could never be back. A patient should never be rushed off the table after a colonic. 5. Treves told me to get dressed and met her in the office. THERE IS A FACET CONNECTED TO THE SPA TABLE THAT SHOULD TO TURNED ON SO THAT PATIENTS CAN CLEAN THEMSELVES AFTER THE TREATMENT. I HAD TO ASK HER TO TURN OF THE FACET TO CLEAN MYSELF AND SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE WHEN I MADE THIS REQUEST!!!!! After I was done, I went to her dirty looking dark office and she had the nerve to have a bible on the dirty table-Chile bye! I sat in the parking lot and after 10 minutes, Treves was already in her car and gone, which means she spent less than 8 minutes to sanitize the???? NO THANK YOU! I WILL NEVER BE BACK. This was an unprofessional and horrible experience for any first timer. Luckily this was not my first time. My spa is "The Essential Nurse" in Marietta and she is professional; the atmosphere is top tier and clean. The nurse is Alicia and I didn't know how high she set the bar until I came to this dirty unprofessional old looking location.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and what made it truly awful…read morewas how the owner, Britt, handled it afterward. The appointment itself was already a mess. My sister and I had scheduled 5:00 PM appointments, arrived early, and still waited over an hour before our IVs were even started, with only ONE other customer there. No communication, no check-ins, nothing. At one point my sister pressed the call button multiple times because she urgently needed to use the restroom and was literally stuck with an IV in her arm, and no one came for nearly 20 minutes. We didn't leave until 7:15 PM. Over two hours for something that should have taken about an hour. I was already sick and this experience made it worse. But honestly, the real issue is how Britt handled it after. Instead of taking accountability, she immediately jumped to excuses. She blamed "unforeseen circumstances," another guest, prep time, anything but her own business operations. Even when we clearly explained that we had scheduled appointments and there was only one other person there, she continued to deflect. Then came the communication issues, which were honestly shocking for a business owner. She ignored our emails for days at a time, pushed for phone calls but would only offer weekend availability even after we repeatedly said we were only available on weekdays, and then justified it by saying weekends were the only time she could talk because she has kids. While I can empathize with being busy, that is not the customer's responsibility to accommodate, especially when it is her business that failed. At one point, after a full week of no response, she replied to our availability with a single word: "Ok." That alone tells you everything you need to know about how seriously she takes her customers. She also tried to shift blame onto us, saying there may have been a "lack of communication" on our end and even questioning whether we actually pressed the call button, despite us clearly stating we did multiple times. Being told "our staff said that didn't happen" instead of addressing the issue is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. And after all of this, she flat out refused a refund, stating "you both received the therapies you ordered" and ended the conversation with "I think it's time for us to move on." That is not how you treat paying customers, especially loyal ones. This was not just a bad appointment. It was a complete failure in customer care, accountability, and professionalism from the top down. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.

I have never felt more dismissed by a business owner in my life…read more My sister and I booked 5:00 PM appointments and arrived early, only to sit there for over an hour before anything even started. There was just one other client in the entire place, yet no one checked on us, no one communicated what was going on, and we were left completely in the dark. Our IVs were not started until well after 6:00 PM. Once we were finally hooked up, the experience only got worse. I finished before my sister and urgently needed to use the restroom. I pressed the call button multiple times and waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to come remove my line. Being stuck in a chair, unable to move, and unable to get assistance is unacceptable in any setting, especially one that claims to be in the health and wellness space. We didn't leave until around 7:15 PM. What should have been a straightforward appointment turned into a two plus hour ordeal with zero care or urgency shown toward us. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been going to Replenish for years and have spent hundreds of dollars there. Despite being a long-time, loyal customer, my complaint was not taken seriously in the end. But the most shocking part was dealing with Britt, the owner. Instead of taking responsibility, she immediately went into excuse mode. She blamed timing, another guest, prep work, anything she could think of. When we pushed back with the actual timeline and facts, she continued to deflect and downplay the situation. Her communication was incredibly unprofessional. She would disappear for days, then come back pushing for phone calls but only offering weekend availability, even though we clearly told her multiple times we were only available on weekdays. She justified this by explaining her personal schedule, which again, is not the customer's problem when we are trying to resolve an issue her business caused. At one point, after not responding for a week, she replied to our message with a single "Ok." I genuinely could not believe that came from a business owner. She also tried to turn the situation back on us, suggesting there was a "lack of communication" on our end and even questioning whether we had pressed the call button, which we did repeatedly. Being told that their staff "didn't hear it" instead of addressing the failure is incredibly dismissive. In the end, she refused to issue a refund and instead told us "you both received the therapies you ordered" and that she thinks "it's time for us to move on." That level of disregard for paying customers says everything. This experience was not just disappointing, it was handled poorly at every level, especially by the owner. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.
