I had no trouble finding it. After I arrived, she offered a nice cup of tea (of my choice) then asked me to change into my robe while the tea steeped. I came out of the bathroom to soft music playing and sat down on the couch. While I drank my tea she gave me an awesome foot massage. Afterwards she gave me my massage on the table. It felt amazing. I'm not lying when I say I had to pull myself together in the car after I was finished, considering it felt like I was drunk since I was so relaxed :) I would totally recommend a massage from her. Made my week.

I went to Kanoe for the first time recently for help with some stubborn pigmentation, and I'm so…read moreglad I did! She was incredibly warm and pleasant to work with from the start. We began with an in depth skin scan where she walked me through my skin's strengths and areas for improvement, which I found really helpful. As someone with sensitive skin, I get very nervous trying new treatments, so I was especially relieved by how patient and thorough she was. I really appreciated the way she broke down each concern to its root cause and focused on educating me about why I was experiencing the issues I came in for. She was very transparent about the healing process and realistic about results with no false promises or quick fixes. That honesty meant a lot to me and made me trust her even more. She also took the time to answer all of my questions so I felt completely confident moving forward with my treatment plan. The treatment itself was much more comfortable than I expected, and she was attentive and mindful throughout. We finished with a peel, and I'm already so happy with the results. One week later, my pigmentation has already shown improvement. I'm really looking forward to continuing treatments with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who values education, transparency, and thoughtful care.

Kanoe is amazing at what she does and has MANY years of experience as an aesthetician and is super knowledgeable about everything skin related! You can schedule a free consultation first to discuss any skin concerns and what skin treatment would best fit your needs. Talking to her is so easy and she answers any questions you might have. You can tell how passionate she is with what she does. After telling her a little bit about my skin history and my skin goals, I decided to start off with the Instant Glow Power Facial and scheduled an appointment. The Glow Power Facial included a light chemical peel. There are different levels of chemical peels but I decided to start off light just cause I don't think I've really had one! It requires no downtime but just make sure you keep your skin protected from the sun. The facial from beginning to end was relaxing and Kanoe explained each step she was doing which was nice! My skin felt so refreshed and glowy after it was done! Kanoe also provided skincare product recommendations which she has at her salon! You can trust that she has the best of the best and her products are more reasonably priced than some other skincare lines (but just as good!). I decided to hold off on the skincare products since I have some at home that I wanted to finish up first but I am planning to come back!! I don't do facials very often but I definitely want to incorporate it more into my life. I already have my next appointment scheduled with Kanoe :) Highly recommend booking with her.

(Lot rougher(hehe) and great with massage techniques...not the tickly, rubbing of cream forever style)...Their massage feels like they're forming a tighter face and getting rid of fat and toxins...massaging away your wrinkles. I wanted the lymphatic drainage massage (for getting rid of swelling) with microcurrent therapy machine (for tighter skin). I went in thinking not much of it. They were running a special in the Korean newspaper and my mom told me to check it out bc I love facials. Korean facials especially. It's not a luxury spa. If they weren't running their special, I wouldn't have gone here bc their regular prices look very high for where they're located and decor. The esthetician was really nice and friendly. She was very thorough in her facial. Deep cleaning. Lymphatic drainage massage. 2 or 3 types of machine for skin tightening...One of them(don't be scared) feels like electro shock LOL it gives a shock to your facial muscles for tightening. I LOVE IT. No pain, no gain! If it's too strong, just let them kmow. Lastly, you get an awesome serum layered into a mask on top of a gauze...While your mask is drying, you receive a décolleté, back, and arm massage. After the mask is removed, she cools down and wipes you clean with a cold towel to close your pores. SPLENDID She ends with face essence and sunblock. I paid $450+tax (for series of 5 sessions) Tipped her $20 for today That's $110 total for this facial. I got there at 3. I got out a little before 5. My husband said my face was glowing :) Enough said! Parking is validated by Noel in that plaza at corner where Central Pacific Bank is located.

Trang is just so sweet and knows exactly how to make my face *GLOW*. I have been on a schedule of microchanneling every quarter, and filling in the remaining months with her signature hydrofacial. Yesterday I went in for my scheduled hydrofacial and it was absolutely amazing as usual. First things first, she dermaplanes my whole face to get rid of any gunk, then goes in with products like vitamin C misting, hydro jelly, etc. Besides this, there is a head & neck massage, & red light therapy. I remember she told me she went to Korea recently & learned how to do facial contour massaging - I noticed that some of those techniques were incorporated into my facial this time. Although they offer a variety of treatments I had a Collagen Facial which was new for me. Using a special machine the tech applied heat to my face to raise collagen production. A wonderful mask was also applied and I also received light therapy. I've always done more traditional facials with extractions and peels so this was a whole new way of doing things!! Follow up care included staying out of the sun and drinking lots of water and wearing sunscreen ( things we should be doing anyway). 5 days later I'm writing this review and I'm happy to say my skin looks smoother and healthier. Things to know about the Collagen Facial : 1. It's a special machine that makes the difference. 2. You have to stay out of the sun for a few days or the treatment will not be as effective. 3. 5 Stars - Exceptional Service at Sugar & Skn!…read more I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sugar & Skn, and I can't say enough great things about Genesis! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The studio is beautifully maintained -- clean, serene, and inviting -- but Genesis is what truly made the visit unforgettable. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Genesis took the time to explain every step of the sugar waxing process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her technique is flawless -- gentle yet efficient -- and the results speak for themselves. My skin was left incredibly smooth with little to no irritation, and the entire experience was far less painful than traditional waxing. What really stood out was Genesis's attention to detail and genuine care for her clients. You can tell she's passionate about what she does, and it shows in her work. She creates a safe, judgment-free space that makes you feel confident and cared for.
