I needed another massage after a gym session last night left me tight and sore. Audrey is very personable and loves to get to know you and your situation. Her glides and techniques were some of the best I've ever felt and I've gotten plenty of massages all over the island. She is the only masseuse I've ever that was able to tell where my body was tight and sore by massaging me, she focused on those areas without me saying anything and after the massage I've definitely felt much better and looser. She's super experienced and her work shows. I would definitely recommend Audrey but make sure to book way in advance she's in high demand.

Rest of review: Had two massages here. Lucy was good, I asked for medium strength and felt very relaxed afterwards. Nina there was a language barrier. I asked for high strength but it was too painful. You'll need to speak up if it's too sore, even if you're flinching, I trusted her to moderate and let me know, since I work out a lot and am extremely tight. I did feel looser after but it was too much for my body to handle and I had to rest the entire night and next morning. Today I had an appointment with Lucy. They said whoever schedules accepted my appointment but forgot to write it down, so I arrived and they asked me to reschedule. This is my only day to destress, so I was disappointed. One hour is $95. The massages themselves would probably be 4*, the price feels a little expensive.

I would Highly recommend this place. Fast forward to today, I hurt my back playing with my grand kids and decided to go to the VA, besides it corelated with my annual checkup, they could only offer a surgery consult, pain medication and PT, not a fan of pharma. I have an old injury to my low back from my tour of duty in the Marine Corps. Due to long waiting periods at the VA and the debilitating nature of my injury, I remembered Upper Thai, so I called in and was able to get an appointment. This time with Noi, I was in no position to be picky as I was in a lot of pain. Noi went to work on me, She is pleasant and professional, and as the time passed, I became aware the 90 min time slot was coming to an end, yet I felt like she knew where the pain was coming from and was making good progress, so I asked her to extend the time, and she allowed it. Words are not enough to describe how much better I feel, and my pain has dramatically been reduced, so I scheduled a follow up, her recommendation was three days. I booked it on the spot and am so grateful for her healing hands and knowledge. Noi is the owner, and defiantly knows the body, and how it functions. I am so encouraged and confident I am on the path to healing. If you have tried Thai massage and are familiar with it, you will be pleased, if your not, you will wonder, where has this been all my life. I am going to schedule a once a month just to keep me moving well. To your health.

From the very first session, Her insights were so precise that I was brought tears. My heart was able to open as she guided me onto a path of being able to speak of my deepest truths and to understand how to reclaim my power. It was incredible how naturally many layers of my inner wounds surfaced and released, and in such a gentle a safe way. She is like a clear mirror illuminating energetic patterns that held me back in ways that I didn't even realize were shaping my life. Each session brought real shifts in my awareness and I noticed myself responding differently to life, feeling more self trust, more balanced, grounded, and aligned. Being guided by someone who accesses such clarity has up-leveled my life in all ways and it continues to get better and better as my journey keeps unfolding. Jiyanna has a rare gift, there is no doubt that she is fully activated, deeply intuitive and attuned. Her work feels genuine, authentic, and She has a rare ability to hold space while guiding powerful transformation with insightful words, connecting dots, and healing meditations that are like sacred mirrors into the soul. Jiyana plays a special sound bowl frequency during my session, which was phenomenally healing, and the sound of her soothing voice continued to activate an awakening within me that felt so uplifting and peaceful.
