They have provided services to our Mom as she gets older for over 4 years. They are the best!!! We've had the same consistent staff over the years so Mom feels very comfortable with them. They take her to do errands, help her with questions that come up around the house, make sure she's following through on things we need her to do, etc. They are caring, patient, and wonderful with her, sometimes just playing a puzzle with her or talking with her if that's what she wants to do that day. We live 3,000 miles away and we couldn't have made it without Senior Home Care Solutions. Mom doesn't want to leave her community in Upstate New York understandably. Senior Home Care Solutions is our dependable, reliable, kind, thoughtful, and most importantly, trustworthy resource for all things for our senior. I highly recommend them!!!

I recently woke up with a pain in my neck. I thought I just had a bad night of sleep, but the pain…read morepersisted. Eventually, it started to creep down into my shoulder blades, arm and chest. My doctor diagnosed a pinched nerve and suggested I try physical therapy. I had a difficult time finding a physical therapist. After striking out with several PT places on my health insurance network site, I finally landed at TSA Physical Therapy. They accepted my insurance, were close to my work and had appointment hours after 5 PM, which I was looking for so I didn't have to take time off for work. They were very friendly and helpful when I originally called for information as well, so I decided to give them a try. There are two doctors at TSA, Amy Vandreason and Troy Andrews. I was paired with Troy, who has been a practicing Physical Therapist in the Syracuse area for over 25 years. His experience encompasses over 30 years in the fields of sports medicine, orthopedic rehab and exercise science. He received a BS in Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University and a BS in Exercise Science from Cortland State. TSA is in a small strip mall in East Syracuse. I arrived a couple minutes early, met Troy at the front desk, turned in my new patient forms, and filled our a questionnaire about my pain. I was brought back to a table where Troy asked a couple other questions about my pain, the location, and whether certain things made it worse or helped. I laid down on the table and Troy used several different massage techniques to not only relieve my pain, but adjust other parts of my body that were making up for the pain I was dealing with. The appointment was only around 45 minutes and by the end, I was no longer in pain and Troy gave me a couple exercises to do at home to get my body back to working the way it's supposed to. Troy was very friendly and very informative and explained everything that he was doing and why. He was able to pinpoint exactly where my pain was and what muscles were affected quickly and seemed very knowledgeable about my exact injury. When I told him my pain was gone, he did not pressure me into a follow up appointment as some places have been known to do, and basically told me to do my exercises, and if I felt I NEEDED another appointment, to contact him. I'd definitely recommend their services and will go back if I ever need any sort of physical therapy in the future.

I've been a member of a really nice Gold's Gym/EOS for about 8 or 9 years in Vegas and I honestly didn't think I'd find something comparable to that in a small town that I visit once every two years or so, but to say the least, was very impressed with LIFT. LIFT has almost identical equipment that my gym at home has. TRX, cables, super nice racks, various types of medicine/exercise balls and weights. They have a nice selection of machines, too. There are 4 rowers, a handful of ellipticals, treadmills and only one regular stair machine. There are one or two that are like a hybrid of an elliptical and stair machine. There's a group fitness room with stationary and AIR ASSAULT BIKES! That was definitely an awesome discovery for me, as I was sure I was going to miss mine at home. A month by itself was $50 and I could come any time during normal staffed hours. For $10 extra, I could have gotten a 24/7 access pass. My routine while I was here generally coincided with staffed hours, but next summer, I'll opt for 24/7 access because on the weekends, their window of opportunity to come ends at 12 noon. Even though I wasn't there to stay and am obviously not from around there, the staff never questioned me or made it awkward. Above all, I appreciated that the most. I felt comfortable coming in daily and putting in work. In short, I highly recommend this place and am super stoked to have a go-to gym to come back to next summer.

My local fertility clinic would not transfer them nor would any clinic around me. CNY would. So I had them shipped to CNY. The process was easier than I expected. I think most clinics now are like ivf factories so join Facebook groups, or whatever else to find people going through the same thing to lean onto for support. Ultimately out of my 3 embryos I had a chemical pregnancy and 2 that did not take. So while the testing was probably accurate I love that I had the decision to decide with CNY whether I wanted to transfer those embryos or not.
