My situation was pretty straight forward - tooth was in bad shape and he recommended that I get that extracted and referred me to another dentist. Though he's in my insurance network, the office charged me and said they would send in the claim on my behalf. I filled out the form and left. It's been seven weeks and the claim hasn't been submitted. Seven weeks. Are you kidding me?! Go somewhere else, this dental office and the staff is a joke.

They are all kind and compassionate--which is a rarity in medical practices today. Dr. Rhodes is an excellent dentist and I'm so happy he decided to open up his own practice and remain in this area.
