At first I made the appointment for the following Wednesday, but as the weekend progressed, I knew I needed to be seen sooner, if it was possible. On Monday morning at 8:15, I called the office # and was surprised that Dr. Nevins, himself, had answered the phone (sounded like he was in his car.) He told me to come in at noon that same day. After my consultation with him, he told me he could do the first part of the procedure that same day at 3pm. Since I work in Southampton, it was easy enough for me to go back to work for a few hours and then return to have the work done. Dr. Nevins and his staff are all so sweet, gentle and caring. What a truly, nice group of people. I am so glad that he was referred to me by a friend. I definitely recommend him if you are need of an endodontist.

They play nice soothing music and offer pillows and a blanket, sunglasses too to make the experience as relaxing as can be. I highly recommended this office to anyone who needs a root canal, emergencies, children, dental phobias, elderly, and everyone in between, she does it all!

Huge reason for that was fear as the last time I went it was for a deep cleaning, and well 'never again' right? 4. If you're going for periodontal work, it's already the future and tech is the way to go. 5. Why not go to the first periodontist certified to do so From the initial phone call with the receptionist (10 for her alone ), to the consult, procedure, and post-op visits.... service with a smile pun intended. I was assured it would be comfortable, pain free and so it was. Full mouth LANAP was done in an hour and change. Three little very bearable pinches on the surface of the gums for anesthesia (which was one of my main fears from '04), no sweat. Dr. Lerhman made sure I was cool calm ans collected the entire time. Explained what he was doing step by step throughout the procedure. Just from LANAP, within three months, my teeth have shifted closer together and my overall health has gotten better. My gums are as healthy as can be, mouth is clean, teeth stains from tobacco tea and coffee are gone! 16 years of unhealthy periodontal disease reset in an hour. I am disabled along with plenty additional health problems and even the accommodations to the limitations of my life have been attended to. Please don't listen to the trolls. I'm a satisfied ACTUAL patient.

Dr. Nelson did two wisdom teeth extraction for my daughter a few years back w a great result which is why I went to him. he texted to check in on me and was very responsive. i recommend him without any hesitation.

By of an apology, he said, "I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding," Whats more, the crown was also rather unattractive: overly thick, angled incorrectly and not the right color. It also protrudes outside the line of my other teeth when the natural tooth was straight and looked fine. Dr. Caruso refunded the $300 deposit I'd paid to get the crown and offered to make it right by doing the correct tooth at no extra cost. However I've lost confidence in his work and went to another dentist. Now I have to spend an extra $1,500 to have the wrong crown redone by another dentist as well as another $1,500 to get a crown on the right tooth. I'm very disappointed by this and won't be returning to him.

To make matters worse they refuse to give us an itemized bill to give to insurance to try to get reimbursed. Staff refuses to help with a simple request of an itemized bill. Advise: Only go in there with the amount of money quoted so they cant rip you off. Run like a true Mickey Mouse operation. Will be contacting the NYS Board of dentistry.
