On Monday morning at 8:15, I called the office # and was surprised that Dr. Nevins, himself, had answered the phone (sounded like he was in his car.) He told me to come in at noon that same day. After my consultation with him, he told me he could do the first part of the procedure that same day at 3pm. Since I work in Southampton, it was easy enough for me to go back to work for a few hours and then return to have the work done. Dr. Nevins and his staff are all so sweet, gentle and caring. What a truly, nice group of people. I am so glad that he was referred to me by a friend. I definitely recommend him if you are need of an endodontist.

My situation was pretty straight forward - tooth was in bad shape and he recommended that I get that extracted and referred me to another dentist. Though he's in my insurance network, the office charged me and said they would send in the claim on my behalf. I filled out the form and left. It's been seven weeks and the claim hasn't been submitted. Seven weeks. Are you kidding me?! Go somewhere else, this dental office and the staff is a joke.
