By of an apology, he said, "I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding," Whats more, the crown was also rather unattractive: overly thick, angled incorrectly and not the right color. It also protrudes outside the line of my other teeth when the natural tooth was straight and looked fine. Dr. Caruso refunded the $300 deposit I'd paid to get the crown and offered to make it right by doing the correct tooth at no extra cost. However I've lost confidence in his work and went to another dentist. Now I have to spend an extra $1,500 to have the wrong crown redone by another dentist as well as another $1,500 to get a crown on the right tooth. I'm very disappointed by this and won't be returning to him.

Patrice is my hygienist for the past few visits and she is great. I can't say the same about the desk staff anymore. The only doctor today is Dr Trapani and seems like he has a difficult case with one of his patients and everyone has to wait without having any of the office staff apologizing for the delay and explaining what's going on. It's time to have at least 2 dentist at all time in the office. I don't come just for x-rays and clean up. The most important part of a dentist visit is the evaluation to keep up with a healthy teeth. I am very disappointed that I a have to advocate for myself to want to be seeing by Dr Trapani, otherwise I was just going to be dismissed until my next appointment. Dr. Baker seems nice, but during a checkup, told me I needed gold crowns on two molars, as they were cracked. Was asked about my credit score, etc, and informed the "required" work would be expensive. Decided on a 150 mi trip to my long-time dentist for a 2nd opinion, as I received regular checkups and hygiene appointments, wore night guard, etc. After detailed exam, no cracks were found. Still no cracks years later, but the sting of the mis-diagnosis (or outright scam attempt) lingers. Too bad that honesty isn't a cornerstone here. Or is it a lack of technical skill?
