I bought a single colour Shocker press to do signs only and it's ok for this but outside of chemicals and a few other things I believe most of their stuff is Chinese knockoffs and they should be held accountable for their false advertising of Made In Michigan USA. I bought some pre-coated screens from these guys, and the emulsion didn't work. The guy from cs said I over burnt the emulsion but the screens didn't come with any instructions. He said he couldn't tell me how long to expose it, that I had to buy at least two screens to figure it out. What a waste of time and money. Ridiculous. They really screwed me over. read more

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I ordered an exposure unit from this company a few months ago and when it arrived, it had a broken glass...here I am in June still trying to get this piece of 50 dollar glass repaired and it just been an ongoing fiasco! I purchased a kicker screenprinter from these guys and have only ran into problems! pretty much the worst customer service experience ive had when spending this much $$. They only answer by email every couple of days. No phone calls.. not to mention its issue after issue with this thing and they insist i repair it when i purchased brand new! I'm so disappointed with this company. I spent thousands of dollars hoping to upgrade my shop with new equipment and they sent me crap products! First, the shipment took almost 2 months to arrive. Second, the dip tank was bent in and couldn't fit the number of screens they said it could. Third, half of the washout booth holes were not aligned so now it's all loose and leaks. Fourth, after 2 weeks of using the exposure unit the blanket where the vacuum hose connects started to tear. I tried to put tape around the hose to troubleshoot where the leak was coming from and saw light coming from the blanket. I took a pic and sent it to them and they accused me of abusing it because their products are "immune" to manufacture defects. And good luck trying to contact them, apparently they only work like 3 hours a week... They responded once accusing ME of abusing the product because their equipment is "invulnerable" to such defects. I tried to contact them over the phone, sent multiple emails, in attempts to resolve the issue and they completely avoided me! It's been almost 3 months now and they still haven't gotten back to me. DO NOT... I REPEAT... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Unless you like wasting your hard-earned money!!! Take a look at the pics if you want proof!!! Great experience. I bought a kit from them almost 2 years ago. It is all great. My kit came with tow pre-burned screens and I know what I wanted on the first screen but asked them to hold the 2nd screen. They did no questions asked. It took me a year and a half to decide what I wanted on my second screen and when I asked them if we could proceed, they said absolutely. No questions asked, they pre-burned my next design and sent the screen. I also added a few more supplies and they guided me each step of the way and included the supplies in my shipment. It was all packed very professionally and they even wrap each container of liquid supplies in shrink wrap to prevent possible spilling.
