I emailed Masterpiece Monogramming and they responded to me with a personalized email promising me that they would get it done in time for Mother's Day. The Word version that they created was completely useless because it's low resolution and prints fuzzy looking. They then attempted to fix the problem by creating a PDF version of the Word document the I wanted to get printed. The PDF version was missing footers on all but one page. They refused to take responsibility by reimbursing me the over $200 I lost getting copies made that I have to throw away because of the missing footers. Then they wasted my time sending me more Word versions of company letterhead that were unusable because of low resolution. My company lost a great deal of time and money because of their unprofessional, shoddy work. I would not recommend them for anything. Stay away!!!
