I like their nice array of Pandora pieces. They have fixed my husband's Movado, Longines and Citizen watches. The repairs were all done on site, which I like. They gave me a decent estimate to solder my rings together, which I'm contemplating having done after they were 'repaired' at Medawars, who charged an exorbitant fee to fix and solder them.. while Medawars did repair them, they made my rings too large and never bothered to solder them together, which I paid for upfront (I'll be reviewing medawars soon). My husband is a fan of Gaines nice array of watches, which seem to be well priced, while I like the selection of custom white gold necklaces and rings and Pandora charms.. Customer service is really amazing, beyond reproach, and jewelry repairs are done on site and their guaranteed turnaround time is a week or less. They repaired my husband's watches with a turnaround time of only a few days.

Very nice store. I…read morebought my wife an Alex and Ani bracelet for Valentine's Day from Medawar. They actually had a very large selection of the bracelets and charms, running mostly between $28-$50, including an interesting array of Valentine's Day theme charms. The customer service was excellent, they even offered gift wrap. Other than Alex and Ani, they also had a huge line of Pandora (which my wife loves), including some "last chance clearance" items, plus a nice array of Tacori. I usually use Kay Jewelers for most jewelry purchases, but this Medawar impressed me. They also do on site jewelry and watch repair. I might bring my vintage Longines watch here for repairs. I would like to get that watch repaired locally, as opposed to taking it to a store that I don't shop in regularly. I'm glad to see Medawar can do it here.

I still needed to have my rings resized again elsewhere.. they did not have the rings ready when I came in just before close on the date they were to be done- their jeweler was still refining work on the rings and we had to wait.. My husband and I had two other rings resized here and both were routine - however, the more intricate and pricey repairs to my other rings did not go smoothly.. and i definitely say it was over priced.. However, the sales people are very nice and they have beautiful jewelry- they even have a good array of Pandora. They've since then done a few appraisals for me on other pieces and those experiences were okay. Overall, a nice store with lovely staff but I should've taken the larger repair elsewhere.. as it was, I had to get the rings resized at a separate jeweler..
