A few months ago we lost our website designer and we were dead in the water. I contacted Rebecca…read moreand told her it was time. She presented us with several ideas for our website and explained how our site and company would benefit from adding the Web 2.0 technology. During the classes, she was extermely helpful. She made sure we could do the task before moving on to another. Rebecca was also extrememly patient and never showed frustration. The workbook she provided allowed us to do the work outside of class without having to ask for help. It's been about a month and a half since our first class and we are ready to go live with the new site. The work Rebecca and her team put into our site has given new life to the employees at Compassionate Care. We are anxious to see the new traffic the site experiences and look forward to continuing working with Rebecca and her team. If you are looking for someone who is patient, concise and knowledgeable, then Rebecca is the person you are looking for. I have known her for many years and have come to trust her like a sister. You will not be disappointed in the services and work she provides for you.

After multiple times to contact Scott and discuss-he would leave the building before us arriving to show him the poor workmanship on the trailer-unwilling to have a conversation, look at the work, or revise the invoice to not include the truck to be included in the original price. Scott is SUPER unprofessional- sending emails to "Hey deadbeat-Pay your bills!" Then proceeded to take us to court for the balance!!! Definitely take your business elsewhere! He is a crook doing poor work to take your money! Wish we would've looked at the Yelp reviews before taking our business there! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I regret having to leave a review like this about a small business, as they are the backbone of America. But right is right and wrong is wrong. We originally had a sign out front of our business. A truck came in and ripped down the wire that goes out to the sign. We called Earl Daup Signs to come out and put up a new wire and a new sign. (The sign looks great by the way). We met with Gerald Daup and expressed our concern with how low the wire was. We talked and was told that they would get it up a little bit higher when they install the new one. They finished the work today 06/18/2024, and now our wire is much lower than it was before. I expressed my concern to Gerald and he said as long as its 14' then we shouldn't have a problem and that you don't want to make it too tight because that could cause issues. (I understand). But the other issue could be more people hitting our wire now and ripping it out. I called him back to let him know that it was only 10'. He said he would call his guys to find out what they think. Sure enough he called back and basically said there's nothing they can do. We are now $5450 dollars shorter for something that will be a problem again. Don't do business with this company as clearly there are empty promises and they cant back up what they say they will do. They clearly only give lip service in order to get your money. We now have to buy some caution signs saying "Danger Low Overhead Wire" but lets see how long that will last.
