She even told us she would NOT let us in and that "they are closed", again it was only 4:26pm. We've all been in her shoes and want to go home after a long day but customer service is important and it's unacceptable to lock the doors early and refuse to service the public!

So when I went in Curtis "The Manager" is rude, wasn't helpful and doesn't care about any customer except who is walking thru the door to raise his revenue and refuses to give his superiors number out. I have spent money to ship my package which is school uniforms to get them exchanged before school starts now I'm sitting here with no uniforms and past the exchange date. I will NEVER SHIP from this location again! I went back in 2 weeks later, inquired with Curtis. He said he just heard back from corporate because their system was down. If there's any issues he would contact me. On 9/3 I called the store of course no answer then I called corporate again and I filed the claim because it STILL wasn't done.
