After multiple times to contact Scott and discuss-he would leave the building before us arriving to show him the poor workmanship on the trailer-unwilling to have a conversation, look at the work, or revise the invoice to not include the truck to be included in the original price. Scott is SUPER unprofessional- sending emails to "Hey deadbeat-Pay your bills!" Then proceeded to take us to court for the balance!!! Definitely take your business elsewhere! Scot then emailed me back acting like I had ordered the sticker - I told him the conversation between Julie and myself, and again said "No Thanks" I guess that wasn't good enough for ole SCOT - he then emailed me saying-and I quote "dick move - fix it" Wow way to conduct business dumb Ass! The Word version that they created was completely useless because it's low resolution and prints fuzzy looking. They then attempted to fix the problem by creating a PDF version of the Word document the I wanted to get printed. The PDF version was missing footers on all but one page. They refused to take responsibility by reimbursing me the over $200 I lost getting copies made that I have to throw away because of the missing footers. Then they wasted my time sending me more Word versions of company letterhead that were unusable because of low resolution. My company lost a great deal of time and money because of their unprofessional, shoddy work. I would not recommend them for anything. Stay away!!!
