Awesome healthy food options with great customer service! The 1st time I visited, I ordered an Amazon açaí bowl with fruit. Could've been lighter with Nutella but I have no complaints, everything was fresh! Loved it! I came back a second time, cashier was very polite. I ordered a veggie spinach wrap, meaning the only thing that should've been missing from the wrap was meat. The ingredients listed on the menu included various veggies, AVOCADO, and chipotle sauce with your choice of meat. I even asked for extra avocado when ordering. I was so excited to try something new from their menu but when I got home to eat my meal, to my surprise, there was NO AVOCADO AT ALL. I bit into a wrap (very fresh btw) that contained just lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and apple slices. To be fair, the wrap was still okay and everything tasted fresh for the most part. I think that the apple slices saved it. However, for me personally, avocado in a wrap is the best part! I'm unsure if it was forgotten or misheard but that was very disappointing for me because the avocado was my meat replacement. I'd say double check to make sure they have your order down correctly and understand even if they seem to get it. I am willing to give this place another try though because aside from that, the cashiers are very polite, the place is clean and their food is fresh. I'll be posting an update soon! Update: Avocado was added to the wrap. The wrap was cut in half and the avocado added was more at the bottom of wrap. So, one half of my wrap had avocado while the other half did not. And lastly, check your order, arrived home and had an incorrect order. Although staff is apologetic these mistakes continue and we're too busy is not an acceptable response.
