I was there well over an hour listening to her whole life history. After I paid I felt she should have paid me for a session. So she tells me bad news ....I have to pay $500 for taxes on unemployment. So 2 days later the bill is passed (that I didn't know about) that they can Not tax you on anything over 10,000. Now they want me to pay more to get this amended!!! I believe $107 was outrageous amount for what I was having done. Well I guess now it's just shame on me. Trying to get ahold of someone outside of the office is worse then the unemployment phone system. I really can't believe their customer service!!!

I'll look to Dollar Loan for all of my short-term borrowing needs. Also, their website and online access is very slick. Your account payments, contract signings, and status inquiries can ALL be done online. These are intended to be SHORT-TERM loans and they don't charge any additional fees. You can borrow for as short a period as one or two days and there's no penalty for early re-payment. They are head and shoulders above a "Payday Loan!"

Lets put it this way; I'm a long time customer and a "well seasoned" borrower of Loan stores. I…read morehave ran into financial difficulties in past, one of which I lost everything and was in transition living in hotels and seeking medical attention and looking for affordable housing. I was forced to move to where the treatments were and lowest rentals were, including during the COVID crisis. It was a double whammy on me physically, mentally, spiritually and yes, financially. And after my devastating losses, including my health due to The Paradise CA Fire, of Nov 8, 2018, Dollar Loan has always been there to help me through these years of coming up short financially. Now hear this truth, some persons are irresponsible and some are really in need. In this case I went back to Dollar Loan, not because I really needed it, but it's the holiday season and I'm splurging because I'm getting a pay raise next month that will cover at least 1/2 of the payment. I figured it out for my budget first. So I can now justify using Dollar Loan for a Christmas loan. They deserve my business because they were so good to me in the past. Now, I would not recommend that anyone should carry out the full one year contract. Know your daily interest and try to stay ahead by making extra payments when you can. I learned this from past, and it gives you additional freed up credit that you can draw from if needed in future. Keep in mind that you can not be charged interest before it is due which is daily in this case. Don't look at all the interest charged on the contract. That's only if you carry it out all the way. When you pay it down more as you can, then you'll owe less. Most other Loan Companies in this area will not give you a long time to pay. Usually only three months. In this case, Dollar loan wins the day by allowing a longer time to pay, therefore the monthly payment is lower. This gives time. Time is everything when paying back. Now you have the opportunity to play catch-up, since you have smaller payments that fit your budget. You get it? Now you have the scoop. The loan process is nearly effortless. Have your income letters or proof available to upload or show them in person and a picture ID. The other info is very little. This store has especially professional and kind persons working at it. They will push to get what you need. Kristina was my loan assistant. So kind and easy to communicate with. Of course we give management credit as well. They are the ones who will ultimately approve or disapprove, the transaction. So dare not hide anything about your credit rating or other possible loans. Nevada laws permit them to see it and they will know. Anyways, Thank you for not flushing me, and Happy Holidays to ALL!

They made several mistakes on a new policy, one of which had my home 700 sq ft smaller, when I…read morenoticed the mistake they were no longer competitive so I canceled the policy before it took effect. Because of one of their many errors they had to put the policy through with three separate charges. They said they would reverse the charges but after two weeks only one charge was reversed. I told them that if it isn't resolved soon I would dispute the charge with the credit card company, which I ended up doing. I then received a check. I called the card company and they said to deposit the check, and advise Allstate to contact the card company. Allstate said they would not contact the card company which of course wasted even more of my time. I didn't want two charges to appear. I can't believe that all Allstate offices are as incompetent as this one but I found much better rates with another major insurance company. If you have a policy with this agent you may want to read it carefully for errors. You will likely get better insurance with a different company.
