Absolute Drain Service - Clean out all other plumbers missed but Ian.

Fast. High quality. Reasonable prices! Ian was a champ and found our clean out in front of the…read morehouse when two other rooter guys missed it. Also, we had a broken attachment from the clean out to the main pipe. Ian coordinated with Dirty Plumbers (also 5 stars from me). DP fixed it the next day. Ian came back and inspected the line with his camera and flushed it with root killer to prevent trouble in the future. All for a very reasonable price! By only knock on this firm is that the plumbers are so busy, it's hard to reach them on the phone. Call Alex at 775-200-3901. She'll set you up with a plumber asap!

I had Absolute Drain fix a damaged sewage line at a property I recently bought. I can't say if they…read moredid a good job or not as it was a resin liner on a damaged sewage line - I hope so and assume they did. And this review is not about the team at this company but rather the owner Mickey, he is the problem. He was rude when I first called to ask about the work outlined on the quote and laughed at me when I asked if they could do it on a specific day (a simple "we can't" would have been fine). I eventually started messaging with Alex who was much more helpful, explained what to expect and was able to schedule the work to be done when I would be out of town to make it easier on me which I appreciated. The guys who did the work on the first day did minimal digging up of the yard and moved some things so they wouldn't get damaged, which I also appreciated. Based on them alone, the team seems great and efficient. But the next day Mickey showed up alone, and after asking if I was the owner, immediately demanded the check. Alex had told me it would be fine to pay when the work was completed, and I informed Mickey of this, but he kept demanding the check. I needed to leave for a trip but ran inside to get the check since he was so persistent. He followed me into the yard without me knowing and when I went to open my back door he was standing right in the doorway and tried to walk in! I was startled and called him out on entering my backyard without permission. He kept saying he had to plug something in, I told him I had no outlets outside and he said he knew that, and I needed to plug it in inside. I told him no, that he and Alex had told me directly they would not need access to an outlet. I had asked multiple times before the work started if they would need access to anything outside of the front yard and was told no each time. Mickey just kept saying he'd need to plug in his air compressor. He said to plug it in through the doggy door. I ended up plugging it into an indoor outlet because I needed to leave, but I was so angry and upset that this grown man thought it was ok to follow me (almost inside my house) and suddenly make demands that contradicted what I was originally told. He demanded money before a job was done, told me himself he would not need access to the backyard or anything else and now suddenly did, entered my private space without premission. He made a lot of money on this job, but never once communicated with me on when not to use the plumbing or when it was ok to use it afterwards. The idiot was lucky my dog was put up or he would have gotten bit (he completely ignored the "beware of dog" sign on my backyard gate). Mickey, you're the owner of a company, you should have acted like it.

Waters installed the initial field so we returned to them, as the initial service was perfect. We were really pleased to work with Matt and Dan again. They were both so helpful and we knew the service would be excellent. They were a slightly higher quote than other companies, but our experience before was so good we decided to go with the company we knew had a great quality product and service. 10/10 for Waters!

We bought our house in 2020 and knew nothing about septic systems or what it meant to live on septic. Waters conducted our independent septic inspection and then also cleaned it out. They were great then and I had hoped we wouldn't see them again for another 5-7 years. Fast forward to today (2023), we began a permit process with Washoe County to put a shop on our property. When you're on septic you're required to go through the health department for verification of your septic system and ensure there's enough space on the property for repairs, etc. We opted to work with Waters through this process to get us through our health department nightmare. Dan Martin was our point of contact and let me tell you... this guy is AWESOME. He helped us navigate through what felt like a nightmare, coordinated with the health department directly, and was so so patient with me, my husband, and all the nuances we had to go through to document our septic system and seepage pit. I am beyond grateful for people like him who are professional, relatable, trustworthy, honest, and hard working. He never got annoyed with us and was so quick to support in whatever next step we needed to do for the health department. If you need septic support in any capacity, Waters should be your go-to. Starting with the people in the office to the folks in the field, they are true professionals and a top notch company.
