If you're looking for a flooring company, look no further!…read more I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. I was extremely indecisive when it came to choosing my flooring. I changed my mind so many times and wasn't sure what color or style I wanted. What really stood out to me was Rosa's patient and willingness to work with me for months. until I finally found the perfect flooring for my home. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. She took the time to answer all my questions, show me different options, and work with me through every change until I was completely happy with my choice. The customer service, professionalism, and patience were truly amazing. And now that I've finally chosen my floors, I couldn't be happier with how they look If you're someone who gets overwhelmed trying to choose flooring like I did, I highly recommend giving this company a chance. They'll work with you until you find exactly what you're looking for!

We chose Full Circle Flooring based on reviews that indicated that their installation team was top notch. I am happy to say that they lived up to their reputation. From our initial showroom visit through the quote process Cory and Jason were great to work with. Communication was always quick and easy. Their selection of products is great, and after hearing what we were looking for (durable, low maintenance, and pet proof) Cory steered us to the LVP flooring. They have a great selection, so it was easy to find something that we liked. I can't comment on their prices, because we didn't really check against others. After dealing with quite a few contractors over the years, I have decided that a good job is more important than a cheap job. I don't know if I could have found it cheaper elsewhere, but I was happy to stick with a company that I had faith would do the install correctly. The wait for the product was a couple of months (supply chain issues impact everything these days), but once they had the product in, it was easy to schedule the install. James and Raied did the install, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation of doing a good job. It was obvious from the attention to detail that was paid to fix issues with the existing floor during installation, that I was getting that great install job I was looking for. Communication with FCF during the install process (took 4 days) was always quick, easy, and informative. We are very happy with the finished product and will certainly use FCF for our next flooring job.

Pricewise they are middle of the road, but the quality has always been excellent. I have caught other companies cutting corners (skipping 3rd coats, or not properly prepping surfaces before coating. Some jobs have been booked within a week, others we have had to book out a couple months due to Jeff and his team being busy (a good sign). Hopefully if you are in need of there services, you can schedule a time that works out for you. Definitely worth the wait if they are backed up.

Carlos was also knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After the installation, not one ding or scuff to be noted. My home looks beautiful with new carpet! He was a good fit for us. Not the least expensive or highest. His demeanor was friendly, professional and he exuded confidence. He was trustworthy off the bat. He was able to fit us in when requested and within his very busy schedule. Knowing my house would be in shambles for 5-8 days was a bit nerve wracking but I put my trust in him and his crew that things would be done well and on time. They did not disappoint. They always arrived bright and early and left after about 6-7 hrs of work. This is hard work!!! Demo of carpet, linoleum and tile was done quickly and clean up swift. Mike, Chad, Garret and James have worked together for years. They are a great team and a well oiled machine. Whenever I had a question they were able to answer easily. Very polite and respectful men. They had another job starting the following week and worked thru the weekend to finish ours. We didn't mind and were happy to be done sooner than expected and it did take a full 8 days. My husband and I weren't too inconvenienced and didn't need to move out of our bedroom as they finished it last and in one day. We love our new floors and baseboards!! I will be referring Mike and All Floors to all.

The stairs also had the carpet wrapped around the sides. Everyone else that I had spoken to about the floors either wasn't willing to fix that or only wanted to replace it with carpet which I wanted to eliminate. Sergey showed up on time, was very professional & very accommodating. With everything I showed him that others didn't want to touch his response was "we can do that!" Others wanted me to do a bunch of prep myself so I would have had to find & hire someone else to do it. Mark (the installer) was amazing! He let us know he would be coming by a couple days ahead to see what the job looked like. He was super efficient & obviously knows what he is doing. Watching him work makes you realize how skilled he is at his job. He was nice, always professional & communicated really well. Mark had to use his creative ability to do the stairs & loft in a way that worked & looked great! He is definitely the guy you would want to do your floors.
