This customer service from this business is the worst i have ever received from anyone. I have asked for a simple explanation of what we are paying for with this HOA and still have not received anything. When i ask for an explanation of a 60 day notice that i received I was told by one of their supervisors that they don't have to explain what a bill is for, that would be a curtesy. I haven't received that either. I don't know how anyone else feels, but i am not in the habit of paying for something that i don't know what it is. read more

According to the HOA's rules, street parking is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. On the date in question, my vehicle was legally parked on the street in front of my residence at 6:10 AM. clearly outside the restricted hours. Despite this, my vehicle was allegedly towed by Kings Towing at approximately 6:15 AM. I have submitted video evidence from my Ring camera to NEVCM that clearly shows me approaching my vehicle after 6:00 AM. Despite this proof, I have received no reasonable explanation or accountability from NEVCM or Kings Towing. When I contacted Kings Towing, I was told that the vehicle was towed at 6:15 AM, again, after the restricted parking period had ended. This timeline raises serious concerns about the legality of the tow. Furthermore, after two conversations with a representative named Jasmine and Donna, who identified herself as the manager and assistant manager, they has since stopped returning my calls and have not responded to multiple voicemails, despite their claim that all calls are recorded. It is also troubling that certain vehicles in the community appear to be routinely overlooked, while others like mine are unfairly targeted. As a professional working in the legal field, I take these actions very seriously. I believe both NEVCM and Kings Towing have demonstrated negligence, lack of transparency, and a disregard for proper procedure. I am now left with no choice but to file a suit in the North Las Vegas Justice Court, as well as submit formal complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the State of Nevada. I have been a resident at this property since October 2012. Over the years, I have witnessed a steady decline in the quality of management by NEVCM. Homeowners are frequently blamed unfairly, and the burden of proof is placed on residents, even when the management company is at fault. Suit has been filed! I have also reported to BBB. read more

This Community Management company doesn't even deserve one star. We have vendors that maintain our community not being paid for 3 months. The excuse is a new system is being created but the vendors weren't paid for two months before implementing this new system. Kallea Smith is our supervising community manager but try to get her to answer the phone or respond to emails or phone calls, it takes her 6 months if she feels like it. We had a regularly scheduled board meeting this evening 11/19/2025, that didn't happen. Our property manager was a "no show, no call" for the meeting and when I called her cell it rang & rang and went to voicemail. I then heard a recording saying her mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. It would have been our last meeting with this company and our property manager, Kellea Smith. It was to be our last meeting because the board opted to hire a different company as we were extremely dissatisfied with the services of the company itself and the incompetence of Kellea Smith. We never told Kellea why we were leaving NVCM because we didn't want to be unkind. However, in a phone conversation with the owner David Alessi, he asked what the problems were and I gave specific examples of the board's issues with Kellea's (mis)management skills and incompetence. I am disappointed in Kellea's lack of professionalism, but at the same time am happy that we are leaving. Her behavior this evening underscored that we definitely made the right decision to end our association with this company. The mismanagement and miscommunication by the Nevada Community Management has resulted in personal and financial repercussions for me and several of my neighbors. On Friday, my vehicle was towed from the front of my home WITHOUT notice and a red curb was painted on the corner only AFTER it was towed. I received no prior notice about the parking restrictions or the upcoming curb painting. According to Nevada law, a 48-hour notice must be provided before a vehicle can be towed. I have confirmed with the towing company, he says that he never got a ticket order which should have been given 48 hours prior. This is a direct violation of the law, and I should not be penalized for the Nevada Community Management's failure to adhere to these regulations. The lack of communication also affects renters and visitors, who would have no way of knowing about these restrictions. This issue is not isolated; it has also affected at least five other residents on my street, who have faced similar unexpected towing or parking restrictions due to the lack of notice and poor communication. Most of us are working class residents and $500-$600 is a significant hit. Additionally, when I attempted to address the situation with the Nevada Community Management office, which manages the HOA, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. The staff at the office were unhelpful and treated me poorly, further exacerbating an already frustrating situation. When I inquired about proper HOA procedures, Martin informed me that the management is responsible for enforcing HOA regulations, including issuing orders to Victory Tow for the required 48-hour notice. It is clear in this case that the management company failed in its duties. When I asked who specifically ordered the tow from Victory Tow, Martin became agitated, called me a "lunatic," and even threatened to call the police. This behavior was not only unprofessional but ironic, given that my car was essentially stolen from the front of my home with a gray sidewalk without proper notice. Even if I had been parked in a red zone (which I was not!), the law states that cars need a 48 hour notice before being towed. In good faith, I visited their corporate office to discuss the illegal towing of my vehicle and hoped for a reasonable resolution. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was redirected to another office 30 minutes away. It was only after speaking with Francis that I learned that Lyza and Martin, the account managers for my case, were actually located at the first corporate office I visited. This runaround is not only frustrating but suggests an attempt to avoid accountability. This situation underscores broader issues of how working-class residents are often unfairly impacted by bureaucratic inefficiencies and mismanagement. It highlights a systemic problem where regulations are not properly communicated or enforced, leaving individuals to bear the financial and emotional costs of administrative failures. read more

I hate writing reviews like this but here we are. This happened in summer of 2023, I waited to post until moving away because I was afraid of retailation. Tl;dr Don't go with this company if you can avoid it. First of you are looking for an HOA, do yourself a favor and don't choose this one unless you like slumlords. As a business, be prepared not to have answers or action. I am not judging the people themselves, but I am giving warning that this business does not have your best interest at heart. In early June, a water main broke in our condo that we are renting. Because it was a water main, the HOA was responsible for fixing according to what was relayed (involved shutting the building's water off etc). Ok cool. It broke on a Monday, we notified folks right away and we couldn't get a plumber until allegedly Friday. What they had failed to tell the plumbing group was the nature and severity of this break. We had water pouring from the ceiling nonstop. So the plumber was able to get to us and fixed by Thursday of that week. Great. Now time to patch up the giant hole in the ceiling. We were told one date, no one showed up and the contracting company said they didn't have us in their books. Ok, mistakes happen. The second date was set and again, no one showed. Phone calls went unanswered and emails were slow if at all. Finally, two almost 3 months, we were going to have the ceiling fixed. Except the night before, another leak started. We notify all appropriate, obviously can't fix the ceiling with another leak. No problem, the will notify the person in the unit above us. Except they can't get a hold of the owner. After a week of that, I knocked on my neighbor's door and told her what was going on. Oh did I mention we weren't notified that the fix needed to come from the neighbor? So now, the HOA is trying to say they will not cover the cost of the dry wall repair because of the second leak. At this point, I am tired and worn down from trying to just have a habitable dwelling and worried because now we're unsure of the extent of mold damage due to the delays. I ended up having a hole in my bathroom ceiling from June until the end of August almost September. read more

We've had issues with their online portal since our community switched. What is unacceptable is that I have sent screenshots and explanations via email so many times. I've been paying by mail because the portal keeps saying my account is on hold but no one in the office can explain why and we've been in this house for nearly 5 years. It finally worked in January (online payment option) but here we are ready for the April payment and..... the alert is back saying we are on hold. Ugh.....They will respond to the emails sometimes but the problem persists. They're sure to add any community violations to your portal quickly though. read more

They forgave $20 in fees. We have owned property for over 16 years. First time late. No website to check your property status. They were rude! Now they expect me to pay a couple hundred in late fees because of a missed payment for which they did not notify me. Does Visa let me know if a missed payment happens? Oh yeah. Well at least they removed Kera from our HOA and from others and replaced her. Rachael is a little more mature but lacks professionalism in running meetings and creating meeting Agendas that she can adequately explain. She is mostly receptive to owners she agrees with or who the Board likes. What!!!? Are we in high school again??! She doesn't always share her screen, so we just see her talking face, and since she is very close to her camera, we see her ROLLING HER EYES while some owners are speaking. Apparently, rolling her eyes also interferes with her ability to also listen and comprehend. It is immature, disrepectful, and unprofessional. Yet another junior provisional manager brought to us by NevCM. Rachael is obviously insecure yet believes that she knows more that owners much older than she with years of business, HOA, and Board experience. She should take advance of that knowledge rather than believing she knows everything which cripples her ability to learn, making her potentially dangerous to HOAs. She clearly doesn't understand that her job is working for ALL owners who pay an equal assessment towards her contract. I don't appreciate an attitude from Barbara Hargiss when I'm asking for routine landscaping that should be automatically done sine I am an on time paying owner. The reviews are accurate. Wish I could give 0 stars, but 1 was the least. I bought a new property, and was told that escrow would cover the payments until April. The first correspondence I received from Nevada Community Management was a 60 day late notice. Never received a welcome letter or any account information to pay the HOA bill. I was told to hand-write a letter to have the fees waived because it was my first payment. After writing the letter, I was told that the fees were required by law and could not be waived. Would not deal with this company if I didn't have to. They have clunky technology and poor communication. Clearly they value late fees more than transparency. read more
