For my annual inspection, they paid close attention to the requirements and other needs for the aircraft. I highly recommend both facilities.

However, when I reached out to schedule an appointment, the price was suddenly increased to $500. Changing the quoted price without a clear explanation is unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the business's transparency and integrity. Additionally, the person responsible for providing estimates was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant to deal with. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and the entire experience left a bad impression. I believe businesses should honor the prices they quote and treat potential customers with respect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business to others.

Anyone familiar with McLarens knows they can be incredibly temperamental, especially after the battery has been disconnected. What impressed me most was Vince's persistence. Every time a new issue surfaced, he kept digging for a solution instead of giving up. He sourced a new MDS, coordinated directly with McLaren in England (even at odd hours), consulted with other McLaren specialists, and even had custom components 3D-printed to get the car repaired correctly. The process was far more complicated than anyone expected, but Vince remained committed from start to finish. It was clear that he genuinely cared about getting the car back to me in proper working order, even when doing so came at additional expense and effort on his end. Finding people with this level of dedication, expertise, and integrity is rare. I'm extremely grateful for everything Vince and Liza did and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing service on a high-end vehicle.

Instead, I left with additional issues that were not present when I originally brought the vehicle in, and ultimately had to take my Bentley directly to the dealer to address the problems. I would absolutely not trust this shop with my vehicle again. My experience with Vince left me feeling like he saw a woman who wasn't a mechanic and assumed he could take advantage of my lack of technical knowledge. Instead of getting one problem resolved, I ended up dealing with additional problems, wasted time, and significantly more expense. If you own a high-end vehicle or you're a woman relying on a shop to be honest about repairs I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before allowing this shop to touch your car. Taking my Bentayga here ended up being a very expensive mistake.

The manual listed 32 ft-lb, and when I tightened it to that value, I ended up overtightening and breaking the new PCV valve. Not wanting to make the problem worse, I started looking for a mobile mechanic. I contacted several people through online listings, neighborhood apps, and Yelp. Most said they could not do the repair, and one mechanic even gave me a quote but never showed up. Thankfully, I found On The Go Mechanic - Jeb. His communication was short, clear, and direct. He gave a straightforward quote, identified the needed parts, and completed the repair exactly as promised. No unnecessary talk, just honest and professional work.
